1. Location - 2 mins to Taksim and İstiklal streets. Many stores, restaurants, cafes nearby. Everything you need is within arm’s reach. 2. The hotel itself is very neat and well-kept, rooms are small yet tidy and with new furniture and finishing. My room was cleaned/refreshed every day. 3. Beret (staff) was very helpful and responsive to all my queries. He helped me organize a transfer and guided me on the whereabouts of some things like breakfast, laundry, etc. Many thanks for the great customer service.

The nearby streets are noisy but that’s expected given the location. The earplugs provided by the hotel were very helpful ;) Overall, I’m very satisfied with the stay and customer service. I’ve had a very safe and pleasant stay at Arart Hotel and the price is reasonable.

The location was centralized in Taksim excellent for walking towards major landmarks. The staff where friendly answering questions anytime. The breakfast was good at the cafe nearby good and filling. The room itself was clean and nice. If you are looking to just stay somewhere clean and good and go out all day this hotel is great value. Safety is good too with passcode to enter the building.

Stairs, No elevator might be bothersome for some guests. struggled going up with heavy baggage and no info about it prior. Breakfast could have been communicated that it is a partnership with the cafe. the cafe has odd hours sometimes opening at 9:00 sometimes 10:30 if it was more consistent.

We had a «Double Room with Balcony» for a 2-night stopover and didn't regret it. Top location, nice balcony with a view, comfortable bed and clean room. Breakfast advice: check out the Well Breakfast & Coffee two hundred meters down the street.

Carrying your luggage to the top floor might be tough, but I was prepared for that. The street might get loud, but it didnt disturb us. We were surprised with the absence of TV on the wall though — not an essential item, but still, why was it taken away as if someone stole it (not us, lol). Not much to complain about, but with $90 per night it seems a tad pricey

Location is great! Very close to Taksim, but in a quiet area. The stuff was good, they did early check-in for us and was helpful with taking our bags upstairs. Also, I was surprised with cleanliness and how often they clean the rooms, just like in 5* hotels. It’s really good.

It was cold in the room, there is AC but it takes time, while the room gets warm. And importantly, be aware that you’ll have to walk to your room upstairs and there is no elevator. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and very good value for money.

Arart Hotel is definitely one of the best hotels to stay in Istanbul, specially because of its owner Mr. Arthin. He is a gem of a person & very helpful. He goes out of his way to help you in every way possible. The location of the hotel is also very good. It's walking distance from the famous Galata tower. You have the Taksim square metro station just 200m from where you can roam around all famous places of Istanbul. We had all the access to the hotel,it was like living in your own house.Veru clean & decorated rooms. Loved my stay there!!! Thank you Mr. Arthin & Booking.com.

Nice little hotel in Istanbul, close to Taksim area. Minimal staff interaction (checkin only), but kind and eager to help. Everything is small (stairs, room, breakfast area), but clean and well maintained. Nicely decorated rooms with air condtioning and good bathroms. Breakfast is very simple, but welcome. Neighbourhood was decent, but expect the regular urban turkish nightlife (everything from luxurious restaurants to small tavernas or dirty and dark street corners). I got a parking place next to the hotel, reserved by the staff on my request.

Internet could have been better. It was a power breakdown one of the evenings, and it was remediated next morning (with no internet, no AC working overnight). Expensive parking (which is the rule in Istanbul, it seems...)

The location was great, only 4 minutes walking from Taksim area, it was safe to walk around and get back a bit late with no issue. The host "Artil" was nice and super helpful also checking on me. The room was cozy and well-equipped, the wifi was fast, and the TV had some English movies and TV shows. The bed was comfortable and the room overall super clean.

The AC was a bit too cold A bit noisy by night, with loud cars passing or people shouting but manageable.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was nice and the bathroom was clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, with Taksim Square and the Galata Tower within easy reach. Additionally, the proximity to metro and tram stops made it convenient to explore the city. There's also an airport shuttle bus stop nearby (to both airports), which was a bonus.

Noise from outside during the night which could be disruptive for light sleepers and no breakfast unfortunately.

We loved our stay at the Arart hotel, the room was clean, we had everything we needed - safe, hair dryer, teapot with cups, coffee, tea, compliment sweets, water. The view from the balcony on the Galata tower was fascinating!

Everything was great! Few tips for travelers - building has no elevator (not a problem for me). The host can be found in the nearby jewelry shop (on the left from the entrance to the hotel).9

I really liked the hotel! The location is excellent, close to both Taksim metro station (5 min) and Istiklal (2 min). You can easily find grocery stores, takeaways, clothing stores, and parties. The room was not big, but cozy and clean. The hotel manager is just wonderful, always there and in touch, ready to prompt and help. I asked for an iron - after 2 minutes it was already in my room :) next to the hotel, the manager has a cute jewelry shop with beautiful jewelry - I advise you to look. In general, everything was great and in the end I extended the booking for +1 night. Definitely recommend!

I went to the hotel using the map in the application, as a result I went to another one. Be careful and look for the sign with the hotels name :)
