The property was very clean which is key! Shower was nice and powerful. The location was brilliant can get a bit noisy depending which room you are staying in

Location: Off busy streets like bar street (about 15 mins slopey walk), etc. Close enough to main area but far away enough to avoid the noise. 5 mins walk to Istiklal Street. Walking slopes that only fit one vehicle without sidewalks may be challenging to older folks. Hotel: Cab arranged by the hotel to the airport was a fair rate (to be paid in cash). Room conditions were well maintained and decently priced.

Location is SUPERB. 1 minute walk to Istiklal, 2 minutes to Taksim square. Hotel is in an alley which makes it away from the noise and traffic. Staff were super friendly especially NOURALLAH, the guy went above and beyond to help us with whatever he could. Very polite and decent. Overall the staff were helpful and attentive. Every-time we caller the reception to request anything they sent someone up to the room to fulfill it. Room service is very nice and organized, they left the room each time they came very neat and tidy. We found water bottles every single day at our floor’s counter ( for free ) for us to grab alongside with coffee, tea , and sugar packets. Overall.. Value for money is on point. Definitely happy with my luck choosing this hotel. Shower’s water was hot and cold perfectly and the water pressure was good ( portable shower head only )

Had a HUGE PROBLEM with the AC, as a person who’s used to sleeping with the ac on even if it’s freezing outside the ac was not working properly ( it was on fan mode ) and the air was warm. I couldn’t open the window because since the hotel is in an alleyway a passing motorcycle is enough to wake me up, and if I close the window, no sound enters, but no air as well so it was kind of a predicament that ended up with me not sleeping for the first two nights properly. They later fixed it, but again it stopped working for a day but then the hotel fixed it again. Toilets are relatively small, especially the sink.. it’s way small. Fixed shower head ( from the ceiling) water pressure was a bit weak.

Our stay at Plat Inn was great! The staff was lovely and extremely helpful with all our questions. The place was extra clean and everything was brand new. Rooms were cleaned daily and they had all the necessary facilities in the room. The location was great, it was 2 min walk to the centre of Taksim and 5 min walk to the metro, bus stations and the station of airport buses. I will surely recommended to all my friends, I will come back.

We liked the location; it was very close to Taksim. The fact that they provided parking for free was nice, however, the parking is under Sofitel Hotel (7 min walk from the hotel). Overall it was a good hotel, good value for money.

Overall the staff were nice and helpful. But, one person particularly (helping worker), was the "Peeping Tom", I think this is wrong behaviour if you are in the hospitality business. If you are staying here (as a female), watch out with that guy. I can't say the hotel was bad just because of that guy's behaviour but the management should keep an eye on him, if this is his behaviour.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and modern. Staff very helpful. There is that lovely personal touch to your visit and because I was staying alone, felt very safe and well cared for. Nothing was too much trouble. I liked the best that the rooms are all sound proofed so if you closed all the windows, it was complete silence, which was perfect for me recovering from surgery after an extended visit to istanbul. The hotel owner said if there is anything at all you are unhappy with please come and speak with us. The stay was absolutely fault less. Would definitely return and highly recommend 👌

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed—Ahmet greeted us with coffee and had even prepared balloons and rose petals in our room for my daughter's birthday, which was such a thoughtful surprise. Throughout our stay, we felt completely comfortable asking anything we needed; the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available. The rooms were spotless—truly some of the cleanest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Overall, an amazing experience, and we’re very grateful for the warm hospitality.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were very polite. The location is more than perfect, making it easy to access everything I needed. Additionally, the WiFi was very good, which was a great plus.

However, there were a few downsides. The room was quite small, and there was a small closet which fits maybe 1 jacket and no safe. I’m not sure about the other rooms, but mine seemed to be the smallest. It appears that the larger rooms have a different setup

Great hotel with good value for money for a short stay. We only had one night in Istanbul due to a long layover, but with 20 hours in the city we figured we could at least have a morning in the city before heading out to the airport again. This hotel was the perfect choice for this stay. The room was snug, but the beds were comfy and the location is excellent. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The room and bathroom was clean, and the bathroom/shower also looked recently modernised.

The best hotel in which I stayed in Istanbul. The location is near the Taksim Square, easy to find, easy access to transportation, a lot of restaurants and stores near it. The personnel is really nice, and very helpful with bags and informations and everything that you need. They welcome you with coffee and tea, the hotel is really clean, and very cozy, you have everything in the room, tea, coffee, water, they bring you water every day. They clean the hotel room every day, and change the towels and uplift your supplies. Good report price-quality, and they even keep your luggage after check out. It is quite in the area because is not on the main street, and also the rooms are enough for 2 people, they are modern furnished, and also the netflix and youtube is available for even a better accomodation. I will definetely return to this place whenever I have the chance because I was really pleased with the conditions and I had a really nice and relaxful city break here. Good job guys, keep it like this!
