Good location close to many amenities, Daniel was helpful & informative, The kitchen with all its stuff are available including, microwave. room size was really big, nice seating area, & bedroom was big & nice comfortable beds.

The only problem is that there is no elevator, you have to take the stairs

It was very good clean room with all facilities. Host was very cooperative and friendly. Only think was not good that there was no name about hotel booking outside the building which gave me a too much trouble to locate.

I was accommodated in the Piano apartment for 6 nights and only praise for this accommodation. The location could not be better, 2 min easy walk from Taksim Square. Owners, guys, great. Kind, friendly, always ready to help and respond to the message within 1 minute. Apartment clean, always hot water, towels clean. The bed is huge and comfortable. Dishes, TV, air condition, elevator ... everything is in the apartment. Balcony great for relaxing. Recommendations for this apartment. My next visit to Istanbul will surely be here again. We stayed in a quiet beautiful if a little small apartment in an excellent part of Taksim. The boy was very helpful and always willing to assist and very polite and welcoming. We had a terrace and was very enjoyable stay.

There was really not much to dislike. Bathroom a little small/squashed, but it wasn't a problem cos all else was wonderful

Property has a great location -- safe area - 200 meters from Iskitial -- the rooms are big and clean -- the heat works -- hot water -- quiet -- they are as much as you could expect in this price range - host is responsive and kind

maybe too much furnture in the terrace room -- I think it may be a Turkish thing :).

The location is great! So close to the best spots of cihangir

It was super difficult to communicate with the owner : the phone number on the website wasn’t working, and at the address on the app, there was no one. I stood there in front for 30 min, up until one of the neighbors helped me as he has the phone number of the owner: he called him, and he came to give me the key and show me the room (which was actually 5 min away from the adress given by the owner )

The staff is extremely nice, helpful and the rooms are beautiful, everything is extremely clean plus the location is excelent

The walls are a bit too thin and you can hear the room next door

The manager Emre is very professionnal. Always available and so friendly. It is very well located between taksim and cihangir . Emre and the team makes everything to make you feeling at home. The room was clean, quite and confortable. I will definitely come back there for my next trip in Istanbul . I highly recommend.

I felt confortable here, location is 2 min from Taksim square, the staff friendly, it is not luxorious but it is more than decent and room spacious.
