The property was very clean, and we had a pleasant stay. The staff, especially Eda, were kind, helpful, and always available to assist.

The location appeared to be quite central and was only a 10-minute walk to Taksim metro station. However, we did not feel safe in the area during our stay. Afterward, we learned from our Turkish friends that Tarlabaşı Street, where the property is located, is generally considered unsafe by many Istanbul residents. The front part of the property, which faces the main street, seemed acceptable, but the rear flats overlooked streets that felt unsafe and were extremely dirty, with large amounts of garbage. Even along the main street, we noticed visible signs of prostitution, homelessness, and public intoxication, particularly after 9 PM.

Garlon Residence has a great location near Taksim square it is 5 mins walk to the center where you can find lots of shops and restaurants also the room was clean and spacious, it has only amenities and Omar was very helpful , friendly and professional he ensured a smooth check in and check out process and also helped me with alot of information. I would recommend to stay there as it is great value for money!

There is no clear sign on the main door to mention Garlon Residence, so first time visit it was a bit unclear but staff answered my call as soon as I arrived and came out to guide the way.

The hotel was super clean and the furniture was all new and well maintained. It was very pretty and well decorated. The cleaning service is amazing. She was smiley and polite and cleaned very well. There is security 24/7. If you are there for tourism and like places like Istiklal Street, then it is very well placed. You can easily catch a taxi or public transportation from there and go to the main touristic places. It is not far from the city. Even with a car, it is accessible.

The neighborhood on the other side (Tarlabaşı) is not very safe or recommended, especially at night, and for foreigners. The view is not very pretty. At night, it can get loud with rowdy drunk people in the street. Even with the windows closed, I could hear it. It's not very easy to rest. The premises are well guarded, but beyond it, be careful. If you have a car, the parking is still getting worked on, so you might have to park away from your entrance and walk a bit. It is also so dusty. But it will be nice when finished.

Location is really weird.surrounded by narrow streets too bumpy lot of highs and low. If you are thinking of going via car it would be difficult to drive on narrow bumpy street Although written in spec that they provide thermometers to guest however they don’t also have no process of providing medical attention. There are couple of things I would advise : Record video while you check in to record current state. Also record videos while you check out to protect your security deposit. As while checkout property is inspected throughly if they find anything that you are not responsible for you will risk of losing your security deposit. Staff dont take evidence its better to have your. We had similar situation but was able to get deposit back due to video evidence during checkin

Amazing location, beautiful metropolitan view and possibly one of the most luxurious accommodations I have come across. AbdurRahman and rest of the team was amazing, they made sure that all our needs were met and were providing 24 hours support. There was 24 hours security present on site (not that it felt ubsafe anyways but was very reassuring). Lastly the housekeeping team was spectacular. Haven't come across a more organized bunch of people. All in all we can't fault anything in the accomodation and loved every bit of our stay.

If I get really picky then I'll recommend the team to consider provision of dishwashing liquid/ pods and washing powder/ pods in their apartments.

Ohhh what a beautiful experienced we had in Garlon...everything was perfect. I'm really particular in cleanliness...Garlon Residence is indeed the best place to stay. My kids enjoyed a lot...we were all comfy and happy. You can book with them if you want to see beautiful tourist attraction...sure they will help you! I'm extending my thank you to Dilara and Mustafa...really thank you! You know what I mean..Thank you also to Hussain for assisting us in our checked out ...twas so smooth..and last but not the least thank you to Abdurahman...for helping and assisting us on our checked in and inquiries...You guys are very nice and very accommodating...Thanks for the cake ..my daughter was so happy 😊 Thank you to the housekeeping for the everyday cleaning...we really appreciate it... None..everything was perfect!

This was our 11th time in Istanbul, but our first time renting an apartment, and we were thrilled! I'll never book a hotel in Istanbul again :D These apartments are all very new. The staff and cleaning women were extremely friendly, and the apartment smelled fresh and was very clean. The apartment was spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfy. They also have a garage with free parking! Despite being right next to a construction site, it’s very quiet inside. It’s a great option compared to the hotels by the attraction sites with their extremely small rooms. This place offers a quick 2-minute walk to Taksim Square and breakfast spots on every corner. We will definitely stay here again.

The only downside was that it was a bit hard to find the entrance and reception. This should be better indicated outside.

The staff were very helpful especially when we were checking out. Thanks to Abdurrahman and Yasin for their kindness. The apartment was brand new and very clean. Room service also changed towels every day and deep cleaned every corner of the apartment. the place very quiet and a walking distance from a plethora of restaurants, bars, and cafes in Taksim.

Nothing to mention

Clean, secure, apartments with high quality finishing and furniture. Beds were comfortable, and location was very good. Just cross the street and 2-3 mins you are in İstiklal street. Apartment has everything you need from kitchenware, TV, linens etc. And the daily cleaning was very good.

Even if it was winter, the apartment was very warm inside and the AC was not working. We tried very hard to get cool air but it wasn’t possible. Staff tried to help but there was something wrong with the units. Only heating was possible. They did not allow any outside visitors into the property even for short visits. We were only 4 people in a 3 bedroom apartment. I don’t understand why they didn’t allow us to meet up with our friends when majority of hotels allow this and we paid a lot for the booking.

Exceptionally good value for money. Perfectly clean and new with cleaning crew comimg everyday. Fully equipped with anything one can wish for - washing and dishwashimg mashines, microwave, kettle and even a grill. Decent set of kitchenware, iron and ironing board. Everything new and intact. Superfast wifi, comfortable matress on the bed, soundproof windows - we slept soundly even though the boulevard beneth was in motion 24/7. Even table lamps which we used to make the light more cosy in the evening. Perfect location 7 min walking distance from Taksim square & Istiklal street. The neighbourhood is not very chic (safe though), but you forget about it once you enter the gates of the house - clean, spotless and even a bit posh ;) The staff is very friendly and polite, fast to cater to every need. We are superhappy with our stay and will be coming back to Garlon. A very friendly recommendation to put a softer pillow on the bed. Pillow softness is a matter of taste, but since you put two for each person one could be a softer one and the other one the elastic one there is now). But as I said this is purely a recommendation, not a nag.
