First of all, I would like to thank the entire staff. I’ll start with Mr. Ali, who waited for us upon arrival until 4 a.m. He offered us hospitality and everything we needed—truly a wonderful person who never hesitated to help. Also, thanks to the other kind and respectful gentleman, also named Ali. A special thanks goes to Mr. Volkan, “the boss,” a very respectable man who keeps every promise. Honestly, I felt like I was at home. My wife, my baby, and I really enjoyed the stay. As for the neighborhood, it’s quiet, central, and close to everything—which is rare to find. I’d also like to add something: before coming to Turkey, I was very worried about the racism we hear about towards Arabs. In reality, I stayed in Istanbul for 15 days, and everyone helped me without exception. The Turkish people are very kind. In short, I highly recommend visiting Istanbul and staying at Sunshine taksim Suite.

Staff extremely friendly and available for any request or need we might have. The room was cozy, everything was alright. The small kitchen is very useful for longer stays (we stayed 7 days). The area was very lively, we could find many shops and restaurants for all budgets. They booked a taxi for us to get to the airport and everything went smoothly.

Consider that rooms are located in 4-storey building without lift. No problem for us, it could be for people with reduced mobility :)

This was the booking for my parents 70+. They were really impressed with hospitality of the hotel owners. It helped them to spend every minute in Nesebar with joy and pleasure. They also praised delicious and big breakfasts. Besides, they loved the location. The old city is just next to the hotel, then there is a pierce where you can go and take a boat to Sunny Beach or Sozopol or wherever else. My parents asked me to write this review and give only 10 stars to this location and its owners!

Good communication from the staff before we arrived. The staff were amazing - welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. We had booked 2 triple rooms which were spacious. Taksim Square is at the top of the street just 5 minutes walk and Istiklal Street just a few more minutes from there. The location was very convenient and it was close to the metro/buses with easy access to everywhere. Volcan, the manager was always happy to help, he gave us his phone number just in case we needed anything. Older Ali gave us advice on what to visit and told us exactly how to get there. Younger Ali (who also gave us his number) was the one we saw the most, very friendly and did a great job of cleaning our room - your room will only be cleaned if you ask. The room has everything you need and is comfortable, the air con is great! There is a 24 hour supermarket just around the corner and there are many cafes/restaurants within a few minutes. The staff are truly amazing and we hope to visit again!

This stay far exceeded both my expectations and the price I paid, truly exceptional!!! I stayed in the full floor basement unit for a week and LOVED it. The facilities were all new, remarkably clean, and fully equipped with all of the little details accounted for and then some! The neighborhood is right across from the main Taksim tourist area, prime location without having to hear the night clubs blast music all night (if sleep is important to you, stay on this side of the main road!!). Felt safe at night as a young solo woman as well. Great wifi for working, hot water always, in unit laundry machine, good AC, comfortable bed, fully equipped everything. What makes this stay truly special though are Mr. Ali and Ali, the two super kind guys who run Sunshine. Every time I saw them they always ask how they can help or what I need, to message them anytime—truly AMAZING customer service. I would stay here EVERY time I return to Istanbul, no question. I literally own a hospitality company back home and can’t imagine finding better value or service in the area. Thank you so, SO much!

That was very good place near to all restaurants , and taksim square just 2 minute walking. The hotel staff is very helpful and very nice, he help us with all requests and questions, the room was very clean, and every 2 days they clean, there was shower there was small kitchen, also washing machine, stove, fridge, water cooker, all we needs we find, very comfortable room bed, it was very cheap compared with the fantastic service, we will back to the same hotel next time, thanks a lot Ali, i strongly recommended this hotel.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sunshine Taksim Suite. From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable. The host also provided crib for child out of charge. Special thanks for help! The location was perfect, situated conveniently close to key attractions and public transport. Overall, my experience exceeded all expectations, and I can’t wait to return on my next visit to the area. Highly recommended!

Everything was great

It feel likes staying at your apartment, stay calm & quite. Property staff, Mr. Ali, he does everything from Cleaner/Mechanic/Bell Boy/Cashier or even Property Manager. Mr. Ali lift up 2 24" luggages true circle stairs to 2nd floor with 80 cm width in one time. He's quite STRONG...

Lighting in the room is little less. It should be 2-3 more lightings. Drinking water, normally, any hotel provides 2 bottles per day but here give only 2 bottles even you stay more than 2 nights. Moreover, 2-3 hours before checking out, no water supply which making us MOODY & quite UPSET.

Both Mr. Ali and the place owner went out of their way to make sure we’re comfortable. They upgraded us to a much bigger room for free, which we really appreciated. Mr. Ali also gave us his phone number to contact him in case we need anything during the night. They are both very hard working and put a lot of effort into making the space nice and accommodating. Overall recommended if you are looking for a prime location and an affordable option.

The owner uncle Ali is an amazing guy, please guys stay there he is a great help and guide, its a centre of city you can go to anywhere from here very easy, just one thing keep in mind if you are with family in the night in taksim square you will find lot of call girls so be careful and try to use that routes which are more practical and safer Uncle Ali will guide you perfectly, best best best experience
