The location is really good. 5 mins walk to Taksim square and the metro. Staff are cooperative especially Sabrina. Although she was no longer a staff there, she helped us a lot, she gave us her phone number since she speaks arabic and helped with every request. She is supposed to work there again starting August so wishing her best of luck. They are clean but you need to inform them so that they send the cleaner.

The road to Taksim square is steep so old people or people with any injuires would find it difficult to walk. Stairs is very narrow and feels dangerous to use so in case of emergencies it is worrisome. Nothing else.

The room was spacious, comfortable bed, kitchen was nice and useful. There is Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube on the tv, which is very good in a place where you don’t understand a word of what’s on the regular tv channels. I was also working from the room, the internet connection is very good and it’s a quiet area. The air conditioner is super helpful whether you are feeling hot or cold. The bathroom was nice and the shower stall was very good in terms of space as well. The staff are super kind and helpful for anything you might need. The location is great, very central. The price was really good for everything this place has to offer, I totally recommend it.

Beautiful property value for the money charged. Wherever you go, we always crave for kindness and humanity to prevail and the staff here mirror these qualities. I had come stressed and not knowing where to book , the last minute booking and so much chaos made me feel home away from home. They speak turkish but language never is the barrier when kindness prevail. Special call out to Sukru Telli he helped me and took care of my needs in best way possible. I highly recommend this property as it is walk away from Istiklal and very friendly neighbourhood.

I stayed with my wife at a wonderful suite hotel in Istanbul, and our experience was fantastic. The hotel was conveniently located near Taksim Square and the train station that leads to the airport and all the tourist spots in Istanbul, making transportation easy and convenient. The person in charge, Mr. Sukru, and Ms. Damla were extremely kind and provided excellent service. The place was very clean, with hot water available at all times and good Wi-Fi service. The atmosphere in the hotel was quiet and family-friendly, which made our stay comfortable and peaceful. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and ideal place to stay in Istanbul.

Spent 10 wonderful days at Sunpera Suites in Istanbul, and the experience was fantastic! The location is unbeatable just a quick 5 minute walk to the famous Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The suite was cozy and compact, but very well-designed, utilizing every bit of space efficiently. It was also impeccably clean throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Damla, who was incredibly communicative and helpful, ensuring that everything was smooth and enjoyable. location is fantastic, the bed is surprisingly comfortable, the apartment is quite spacious, the staff are super kind and helpful, the wifi works great, having a tv (with Netflix on jt) was fun

there is a lift, however, there are a few deep steps in front of the building that you should climb, I didn't mind, however, my mom has had surgery on her knees so it was a bit challenging for her.

The staff were super friendly. They tried to prepare everything we asked. The location of the apartment was very good, pretty close to the city center. The neighborhood was also good, you could find whatever you need quite easily. The air conditioner was very good.

Generally it was acceptable and good. There was no coffee machine and washing machine. You need to ask the staff to wash your clothes.

As you can see in the pictures, it was a clean and quiet accommodation. It was right next to Taksim Square, so transportation was convenient, and there were many good restaurants and marts nearby, which was nice. All the staff were friendly and helped me with questions and requests as much as possible. It wasn't the best facility, but it was the best value for money accommodation.

The Taxim Sunpera hotel is amazing! It is in the centre of Istanbul, only 3 Min to walk far away from the Taksim Place and the famous Istiklal Caddesi. The Havaist Bus station to Istanbul Airport or Istanbul Sabiha Gökcen Airport are only a few Mins away by walking from the hotel. The location is very good. The Personal Staff is very kindly and helpful. Especially Ms. Damla is very kind and very friendly, she makes her job very professional. The design of the hotel and the rooms are very modern and beautiful. You have a 24h Receptionist. Also the hotel offers you a Room service with foods like Burgers. The rooms are clean and they look exactly like on the photos. It is a safe place and a safe hotel. I recommend to everyone this beautiful hotel! Thanks for everything. Greetings from Mustafa

I was left alone, and the place was spacious and quite comfortable, and I like the fact there was a lift and I didn't have to walk upstairs.

There is no top sheet. It's a little blanket which I'm sure they don't clean every time unfortunately so I turned up the air-conditioner and slept on top of the only sheet.
