location is 2 minute walk from taxim or tarlabasi for bus pickup..slight climb in and out of street but great for taxim standards..room nice great bathroom, finishes so so..kitchen adequate..needs a microwave...Perfect working tiny elevator was icing on cake..no stairs

neighborhood at night ..children crying ...wives screaming..husbands fighting with screaming wives and screaming buddys..in the States, the police would have been called..in Tarlabasi, its tuesday...oh and the mating cats..non stop..fix these poor things..for sleeps sake

To be honest i liked all, there was no any point that i can say unpleasent. First of all i am thankfull receptionists Farid, Ilyas, Anar and cleaning staff. All of them were so kind and helpfull, professional. Location was excellent, as writen 300-350 meters from Taksim meydan or metro, Istiklal street. Though it was closer to centre, area was silent all hours of the day. No disturbances and uninterrupted rest. It was easy to carry luggage from the Havabus stop, and there’s even an elevator in the hotel. Price is very suitable, may say even cheaper. Everywhere was clean including my room and staff did perfect cleaning every day. We found everything inside room such as toothbrush/pasta, slippers, shower gels/shampoo, hair dryer, enough towels, soaps, spoons, knifes, forks, tea, coffee, sugar. Though it was February and snow we never felt cold inside room. Heating and AC was in good condition. TV and WIFI were also okay. I used room NO 202. I highly recommend Invictum Residence; you can book it with confidence. i took video from room but unfortunately forget capturing pictures. Some guests posted old photos that initially made me hesitant, but after researching, I’m glad I made the perfect choice. The current condition of the hotel is excellent, and I’ve already booked it for my friends for August 2025.

It's clean and the staff were all very friendly. They even spoke English, which was a big help for me. I liked that I could cook us something small quick in the room. The housekeeping kept everything clean and tidy for us. It was in walking distance from Taksim Square, and the bus stops. Has lots of nearby restaurants to choose from. There are also a lot of party Stores near by.

Our "queen" size bed was two singles pushed together and they kept sliding apart. We was able to deal with it and didn't complain.

The location of the hotel is perfect … just a few minutes walk from Taksim Square , the metro & bus stop are a few steps from the hotel , rooms are small but very clean & bedsheets & towels are changed everyday , the shower has excellent hot water with good pressure , the stuff are very polite & very helpful 👍👍

The staff were very friendly, we received the same room that we asked for prior to our arrival and whatever we needed, the staff made sure to provide it.

Beds are a bit small

Everything is clean, well prepared, facilities are good, check in and out was seamless, staff are welcomed

It's noisy sometimes, because of people outside and it's a little bit steepy

Residence has an elevator which was very helpful with suitcases and also the staff was very helpful. The area is safe and 5 min away to Taksim Square. I would recommend this place to families with kids.

The walls of the hotel are very thin so you hear everything that is going on. Especially if the guests next to your room are loud you would be disturbed.
