That area in Istanbul is basically slums - it’s safe (I walked alone at 3am, shops and cafes are open at that time) but super dirty. However, somehow a lot of hotels are located there - even very good ones - so not the hotel’s fault, just something to be aware of

extremely helpful staff. Turkish hospitality must be an example for all other countries.

The staff at the property were exceptional and really are so personable. We had a tough flight in and they greeted us with water and were so prompt in catering to our needs. Mu3az in particular was so sweet and caring. He provided us with a late check out, offered us time to have showers after check out so that we were refreshed for our flight. He constantly asked us if we needed anything and we’re honestly just so genuine in wanting us to have a perfect stay with them. The location as well was excellent. Just a few minutes from Taksim Square, taxi zone and bus stops.

The staff were very friendly and helpful they also organized a taxi on our way back to the airport and it cost only half of the price that we paid for the taxi on our trip to the hotel(random taxi we found on the street, 75euro). The location was super, metro and bus station and also the taksim square only 2 minute walk.

Since our arrival time at the hotel was a little late, the receptionist said they were open 24/7. The hotel is very close to metro stations and all means of transportation. Taksim Square is a 1-minute walk away. The receptionist was very nice. They ordered tea and coffee. Thank you very much for everything every time.

It is a very nice place and a very good location. The receptionists were very helpful to us. The taxi that brought us from the airport to the hotel ripped us off, so they helped us a lot. The rooms are great. Thank you very much for everything, Mr. Murat and Mr. Beşir.

It's really close to Taxim square and very convenient to reach all the landmarks. The staff is very friendly and hospitable and the room (family deluxe) was big enough for 4 people.

One wall in the room needs to be repaired, also the cornice. The heating head needs also repairment, as it wasn't able to decrease the heating during the night.
