At night can be a little noisy

It is a new hotel nearby the famous Taxim Sq. ...The owner and the staff were amazing...They helped us for everything including our transfers to the airport... The hotel is surrounded with markets, bars, cafes, shops open 24h. The cleanest hotel I've seen...Itis ABSULUTELY value for money...Thank you guys

Nothing at all

It is a very nice little hotel, conveniently located in the centre of Taksim. The young man in reception was very nice and accommodating. The room was spacious, the hotel had a lift, it was a cold winters evening and the room was warm and cosy. The bed was comfortable and the place was spotless.

I wanted to take a shower at night but the hot water didn't work. There was a lot of street noise, including very loud music from the local bars. There were a lot of sex workers and their customers lurking around the hotel, although this was not an immediate concern, it made me think twice when going out later in the evening and at night.

Friendly and helpful staff who gave top class customer service, arranging airport taxi and we were offered water and tea on arrival. The room itself had a large double bed and a sofa bed in it, the shower and internet both worked fine, the room was clean and tidy, it also had aircon and a tv which we didn’t have time to use as we were there for just one night. Location is great as it is just off Taksim Square so within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, and walking distance to Galata area too. This was a very welcome and convenient lay over stay for us, its proximity to Taksim meant we could just walk out and be right in the middle of the action without needing to take the Metro (which is very close by incidentally) - so it is perfect if you are short on time but want to experience the vibes of Taksim and it’s surrounds. Great price for the area too, no complaints.

Robin Hotel was a last minute decision as me and my friend had initially booked a place down the road which did not meet our standards at all. We had looked carefully at the reviews and ratings of Robin Hotel and I can say that my sleep has never been better for 7 nights haha. The room would also be clean in between the hours during daylight and there is an elevator so that’s helpful for luggage! Me and my friend was given a smaller room than requested but it was still worth the stay. The hosts were amazing and they went above and beyond!

I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel. Its location was both central and quiet, making it very convenient for transportation. The rooms were spotless, and everything had been meticulously planned. What I was most pleased with was the friendly and attentive staff. I felt truly at ease and comfortable. If I ever return to Istanbul, I would choose it again without hesitation. Thank you for everything.

The location of the hotel was great 5 min. To taksim square &metro station. The hotel has an elevator which is a great advantage. I want to thank Muhamet for his support, the room was very clean with a balcony i like it so much everything was very good

There was some noises at night from the near clubs but not all days , the bathroom need some maintenance. The room has no safety box as written in description. But in total it was very good experience

The location of property is perfect. Very close to most attractions in European side, also easy to get to asian side, shopping everything were quite close.

The room has a strong smell of chlorine. At night, it can be quite noisy due to nearby clubs, but that didn’t bother me since I was aware of it from the reviews. However, if you’re looking for a quiet area, this place might not be the best fit.

good location, staff friendly and helpful. Room mostly clean but occasionally had to ask for toilet rolls, soap etc.

The friendly staff who personally showed us to the square and told us about our surroundings, which was great and also they booked our trips. The room was a nice size with a lovely balcony and view. also room cleaned every day with fresh towels and slippers the air-conditioning was was the big plus
