The location, and actually everything! It’s a simple, perfect, and very clean hotel. I was really satisfied with my stay.

There was only one high step at the main entrance from the street, which made it a bit tricky to go out safely — I almost tripped once. Also, I noticed that the hotel is not really accessible for people with special needs, such as wheelchair users.

Staff are friendly and they store your luggage for some hours. Location is great! View is perfect!

Kartal Palace is in a great spot. It's super easy to get around because it's close to the bus and subway. It's also right by Taksim Square, which is a famous place in Istanbul. The only problem is that Taksim Square is busy, especially at night. It can be loud, but it's worth it because you're close to everything. Our room was cleaned every day, and they even gave us new slippers! The breakfast was okay, but nothing special. The staff was friendly and always helpful. Overall, Kartal Palace is a good place to stay if you want to be in the middle of the action. Just be ready for some noise at night!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The location is excellent, providing stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The pricing is reasonable, and the hotel is impeccably clean. The staff, particularly Mr.Mustafa, were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring delicious options with a beautiful view. Although the hotel is not large, it offers a charming atmosphere and excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Taksim.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The welcome was warm and friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and everything was well-organized with no disturbances. The location is perfect very close to Taksim Square, Istiklal Avenue, and the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The service was excellent, and i truly enjoyed my time here. Highly recommended!

Hotel is Literally on Taksim Square, with the most friendly staff i have ever came across yet !! Samir is definitely asset to this property. He is genuinely a nice guy who would finds pleasure to help the guests. I was welcomed by him with huge and friendly smile on his face. He assigned a nice room as i requested plus provided Iron and Iron Board immediately. Not only that, he guided me about the area and also helped me to fixed my umbrella with the hotel tool box. Even when i was leaving he guided me with the quickest and easiest route to airport with luggage which was definitely better than taking metro & trams. I didn't get chance to see the hotel manager as i was out most of the day time otherwise i would have personally given my feedback about the staff to him. So "MASSIVE THANK YOU" to "SAMIR" for making my stay comfortable. Also breakfast and lovely breakfast lady were amazing !!! She was very polite & friendly and cooks fresh delicious Omelette & Scrambled eggs. In terms of property, it is a small hotel with small reception area but nice and clean. In terms of size of room, it wasn't big or too small , was good for one person. Location and service was amazing so it was worth paying every single pence. In nutshell my stay was amazing.

Aircon system only works either heating or cooling controlled by hotel management. On my first day, it was blowing cold air but after the rain, they set the main unit to run for heating only which could be the issue for someone wants to have certain temperate in room. The Aircon was just blowing hot air or just Fan air only.

There is no reception, you have to stand in the hallway when checking in. Breakfast is required early in the morning, by 10 a.m. everything is gone, the staff does not add food.

I liked the hotel. Cleanliness, breakfast, location, staff were very good. it can be very noisy at times as it is in a busy spot so I took a point off. When I come to Istanbul, I will stay in the same hotel again.

Perfect location. unobtrusive, polite stuff. View from window -amazing. Room was small, but very clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very simple, not many options, but for me it was ok, and the view from breakfast terrace was so nice.

Very noisy from outside at nights. I stayed just for 2 nights and I kinda dealed with that.
