The property is situated in a cetral central location next to taksim. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

With the central location also means it's a little noisy.

Location just opposite taksim new mosque. Quick connection to airport buses, metro. Comfortable bed n pillows. Has a lift.

The room smells like smoke most of the time. Coming frm toilet ventilation. It was sickening we had to open the window to get rid of the smell. The toilet sink was super tiny u cant even wash yr face there. Staff was just sitting there not helping with our luggage at all.

The Location

I hope for the staff to have English Language course so they can communicate better with the clients and I guess the hotel in a good location but need more to work on the hotel, the owner should do his best to do more to improve his hotel .

I did not stay in this hotel because upon arrival there was no electricity all evening and until night. Having not slept the previous night, it was not possible to stay in a stuffy room at +30. I was not offered any other conditions, not even an apology. I had to change hotels without getting my money back.

The electricity was out for 2 days, and the owner refused to return our money back! Don't recommend it at all.
