Location is good near to the shops restaurants metro taxis and i like the staff very friendly room is very clean

A very nice hotel with a perfect location. We had a very comfortable stay. Twncay the receptionist was very helpful. He helped us answering all our questions, also guiding us for places to go. He was super helpful when needed. I would repeat this stay In the same hotel.

I liked the proximity of the Taksim place with the metro station, the Taksim Mosque with the athan, the call to prayer from the minaret and the famous Istiklal street and all the bars and restaurants arround, just wonderful, as well as the Hava-Buses running to both airports only two blocks down from Tasksim place for 210 tl👍😊

I didn't like the dirt in the streets near the hotel and the Döner fast food shops all around the Hotel area. In the end, I was sick from this meat smell day and night long and it came even in my room, when I opened the window.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — close to everything I needed and very convenient for exploring the area. What made my experience truly special was the staff: they were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel at home. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Lady that act as manger .. we call for Landry she said will send boy to take clothes Wednesday keep our clothes in Landry bag they came to clean and didnt take the bag When we ask lady in reception why they didnt take clothes She said we dont have Landry But when we call her she said i will send boy to take clothes !! How come I think she is liar or she canot understand english Because many situations we faced with her specially and she liar !! We booked before in joy suite the staff much friendly than her .. otherwise the hotel was clean , new , and have good location

A bit more noisy room, but did not disturb rest to be honest. Guessing it was our economy room only on the first floor. Single layer glass windows don't block outside noise that well. 😅

The 1st floor has to much noise from the street, Even the barman when preparing the breakfast drinks is noisy you hear every thing, We stayed 2 nights 3 days the second day they didnt clean the room

Location is great central to everywhere, good WiFi, great staff, good size room for price, good breakfast, good 2nd stay and will be staying again

Can’t really think of anything. Only the noises from outside do come In room but not the worst

The hotel is perfect, clear, everything is nearby. Some people claimed that it’s a bit noisy here, but in my own case I was sleeping very deep every day of the trip. Who knows, maybe that’s due to beer😀
