The location is excellent – very close to major attractions and public transport, which made exploring the city much easier. Be aware of the street noises at night – it can get a bit loud depending on the room location. I would especially like to praise the front desk staff, particularly Muad, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. His professional and warm approach really made our stay more enjoyable. 😊

My stay at the hotel was great! The rooms were spotlessly clean and the new beds were very comfortable. I was also very happy that the room smelled wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I felt like I was at home. The location of the hotel was also very advantageous; I could easily get to everywhere. I definitely recommend it!

Spent 6 wonderful nights here at the start of May 2025. Exceptional hosts and service and I could not have asked for more. Sparkling clean rooms which were cleaned regularly and 24 hour reception always on hand to help. Right next to the very lively Taksim Square, with an amazing selection of local Turkish and international restaurants and just a quick stroll to Istiklal Street. Great location from the airport for public transport/bus/taxi for avoiding the crawl through the city during rush hour and public transport (via Taksim tunnel and/or Metro) to all locations in the city and Kadikoy and Eminönü for ferries. Very safe location also and always felt safe. Shower was also magnificent, very comfy beds, and hotel rooms all appear to have been recently renovated. Everything is perfect from check in until check out time. Reasonable price for a room in taksim area. Arrived quite early at the morning, request to drop the luggage while waiting the check in time, BUT they allowed us to check in early since the room is ready. The room is perfect for two. Clean and everything is new (furniture & toilet). The television is connected to WiFi, got netflix & youtube. 😀 5 minutes walk to taksim square, 3 minutes walk to taksim metro station. Everything is accessible. The receptionist is friendly, super nice and very helpful! Will absolutely stay here again.

Our stay at the hotel left the best memories. Even at the booking stage, we felt the support and care of the staff. I am grateful to Selma and Ramazan for their responsiveness and assistance. We had a problem with paying by a credit card, but Selma reassured us that the booking would not be cancelled, and that we could pay at the property. She ordered a taxi from the airport and then to the airport. We arrived at a hotel very late, but Ramazan greeted us warmly and helped us carry our luggage. The hotel, although small, has many advantages. It has an elevator, which is very convenient if you have heavy luggage. On the first floor, you will find delicious Turkish tea and coffee. The rooms are very cozy and clean. The design of the rooms is modern and freshly renovated. Beds are very comfortable. The location is very convenient. Many attractions, cafes, shops, and the metro are within walking distance. Once again, I sincerely thank Selma and Ramazan for their hospitality and support. I recommend this hotel to everyone who is searching a comfortable hotel in Istanbul.

Close to Taksim, with a wonderful view, this hotel offers comfortable accommodation to its guests in every region. It stands out with its comfortable beds and large, clean bathrooms. There is a big advantage in the markets and shops that are always open around the hotel. In addition, it is located in a very easy place in terms of transportation, everywhere can be reached. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly; They are ready to assist you in every matter at your need rates. It is also very suitable for large and spacious rooms, and is a place where everyone can stay with peace of mind. I recommend it for both individual and family stays.

Absolutely loved this hotel. We had everything we needed as family of 4. Sameera who was on reception was Absolutely exeptional in looking after us. Our girls loved her as she was so kind and couldn't do enough for them. Wonderful lady she is a credit to the hotel. The hotel itself is super super clean and beds made daily if we wanted. The little extras like shampoo and body wash were appreciated as were the slippers. Beds were super comfy

The only thing which was annoying was the noise from outside could be very loud. But clearly not hotels fault.

Great value for money. Room with separate beds. Complimentary water bottles and slippers. Good shower. Availability of wifi, kettle, cups, tea packets and sugar, and fridge in the room. Place looks relatively new. Friendly and helpful staff. Food delivery to the hotel possible. Microwave and water dispenser available in the lobby. Bakery, restaurants and grocery store nearby. Early morning prayer can be heard but it was not too loud.

What could be improved? The soap dispenser was right over the toilet paper roll, so some kind of cover over the toilet paper roll would have been good. More hooks and hangers would have been good
