The hotel was very nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable. It is located near the Taksim Square which is busy any time of the day. Very easy to go to any part of the city from this hotel.

Unfortunately, breakfast was not the way we expected. When booking a hotel, I was looking for a buffet-style breakfast. This hotel has pictures which suggest that breakfast is buffet style, yet this was not the case. We stayed in the hotel for a week, and breakfast was basically every day the same and not really satisfactory to us. Also, some rooms are located on floors -1 and -2 so there is not that much day light in there. However, an advantage of these rooms is that they are quieter than the ones facing the street.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. I booked it because It was close to the airport bus stop and was planning to move to a different hotel, but later regretted I didn't book it for a whole time during my stay in Istanbul. It is a small hotel and small room but so clean and very well organized that it feels so comfortable. There is no sound from outside in the room. Windows provide sunlight and good ventilation. Breakfast is really nice with a simple turkish set but more than enough. Staffs are very polite and you can see that they are experienced, unlike many places in Istanbul. Convenient location with bus stops and metro stations right in front. I like visiting Istanbul but hotels can be tricky sometimes, but Amofta is definitely one of the best experiences and very good value.

The location in the city is very good, the rooms were simple, but clean and the furniture looked nice. Considering the proximity to Taksim square, the mosque, bars, shops and nightlife it was relatively calm at night (though not silent). The staff was very friendly, though not everybody spoke English very well.

Our room was located in the basement, providing almost no daylight. The artificial light concept was good, though, and visiting a conference we did not really miss the daylight.

This Beyoglu located hotel is boutique and very personable. The staff (Alex, Emrah & Mehmet) become friends over the days and are very attentive. Included Turkish breakfasts and arriving back at the end of the day to fresh cake or pastry. The rooms are terrific - recommend the balcony rooms. A few minutes to the Taksim-Tunnel Tram, similar to the Taksim Metro and in the new part of Istanbul.

The staff were conscientous, incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was of a very good standard, clean and comfortable. Traditional Turkish breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location of the hotel was excellent, being central and close to the metro, buses and taxis.

Lovely boutique hotel with exceptional staff. Alex who is the reception manager went above and beyond to help us and give us recommendations or what to do and where to go, he was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is central, clean and the rooms were in super good condition and excellent WiFi and AC! Breakfast was also nice they make fresh juices and yummy omelettes.

Location couldn’t have been better. Front desk manager Emran was lovely and very gracious. The breakfast was lovely. The Hotel feels like those boutique hotels on the left bank in Paris. Main Shopping street starts here at the sq as well as main metro line so coming from the Airport is so simple. Room was well decorated and appointed.

One night next door guests came late like at 2 or 3 AM and wouldnt stop talking so loudly just by our bedroom door disturbing our rest Next day possibly hotel staff again early in the morning wouldnt stop move the beds or banging walls or the like disturbing our rest Guessing that management didnot warn these people to keep it quite and avoid disturbing as other guests
