Second room (facing the street) was very nicely furnished and good-sized, fitting 3 adults perfectly. Beds were comfortable. Staff was always attentive and tried to help make your stay as comfortable as possible, which included switching our room after one night. Location is close to Taksim square (and all options for transportation there) although it is a lively street and tends to be a bit noisy late at night.

First night's room (facing inside) was very small and not appropriate for 3 people - however after request, the room was changed for the rest of our stay. Parking is on the street in a location two blocks away.

Moss Suites is a lovely hotel, it’s clean, spacious and the location is EXCELLENT! It’s a 2 minute walk from Taksim Square so very central and safe compared to other streets and hotels nearby. The staff are more than helpful, particularly thank you to Ahmed for making us feel so welcome :) If you’re planning a long stay, you will be very comfortable at Moss Suites!

We had the junior suite, which was at the top floor. Being next to the elevator makes this room very noisy. It also had so much light even at night as the ceiling of the room was glass and had a very thin/light colour blinds.

The property was very good the interior was very nice, clean and well maintained. We booked the highest room on the hotel so the view was AWSOME, all the staff was very kind and helpful always smiling. The best thing was the location, just 1 minute walking distance from Taksim square in a busy and yet very quiet street. I highly recommend it

There was a problem with electricity a day backup generator also did t work after 1 day. Though this wasn't directly the fault of the hotel and they tried their best to get it fixed on priority. As compensation, they gave us 1 extra night for free along with allowing us to checkout late.

the location is literally 3-4 mins walk to Taksim Metro station and Istiklal street. very close but no street noise at all. the hotel and the room are always very clean / hot water / Wi-Fi / kitchen facilities etc … all perfect. the staff is super friendly especially Iskander who helped us a lot with all our questions ( tourist places to go / how to get there etc..) I really recommend it and definitely will visit again.

The location was good, the view was beautiful. Overall, everything ok.

The suite was very nice but it looked bigger in the pics. Also it was a bit hot, even that the air conditioner wasn’t on. We were 2 couples, from the pics i thought the suite had 2 toilets, but it was only one.

A very good hotel! Comfortable rooms and a splendid shower. There was a cistern break, but it was fixed soon. Also we need to warn those ones who have to get up early in the morning that automatic doors of the hotel are closed. If there is no stuff nearby (as it was in our case) you may press the button located next to the exit high on the right wall. The stuff was nice and we even got a free room upgrade as I was having an exam the next day and needed my own room to sleep well.
