Every thing is good

Property located in heart of taskim square area. Nice view from outside, nearby too many hotels where any one can enjoy good meal. Staff is bery good specially guy name Mohammad.

Property has nothing to dislike but whoever stay pls take care of people nearby at store and every restaurant people charge high then they have on menu including kfc on istaklal street. Nearby marts are also dont have fix rate of small items they try to charge what ever they come in mind due to no kiosk or bar code system on shops.

1.The location is excellent, just a 7-8 minute walk from the airport bus stop, making transportation to and from both airports very convenient. 2.There is an elevator, so no need to use the stairs, which is great for carrying luggage. 3.The staff were friendly, answered our questions, and provided useful information.

Mr Batikan and the staff went above and beyond. I was in a sticky situation and I needed a last minute booking. I was able to contact the hotel and they helped me sort it out where most people would have just dropped my reservation. I gladly recommend this hotel to anyone, you will be put in good hands.

No issues

Staff was the best. Specially Recep and Azat were the best. Very helpful. Took care of everything. Best ever people I came across. They went out of the way to help with any requirements.

Everything was very good nothing negative.

The receptionist Mr.Rajab is very helping and a decent person,location is also so good,but the building and other facility are just okay

Accessible to the metro, big rooms

There were leaks in the lavatory and bathroom, not enough electric outlet for charging and for two rooms only there is only one bathroom for 5 persons, but it was compensated but the staff who are accommodating and nice

The young man at the reception was very kind, polite and cooperative, even he served us tea when we were waiting for check in. Nice view from the appartment. In general everything was ok. The pharmacy and the exchange nearby.

No cups or mugs for tea or coffee.

This is a wonderful hotel, the rooms were very useful, the kitchen and all the appliances were there. The owner of the hotel, Mr. Recep, is a very young and handsome man, very helpful, definitely meet him, girls.
