The property is very clean and staff are very cooperative socially mr saleh and the one on reception who make our confirmation in the 1st day as was our mistake to not select option that we have kids with us and he mad upgrade for our rooms . The hotel in the heart of taqseem and very close to the active aria as u don’t need to take a taxi . Thank you agin to mr saleh how he was amazing with us .

- Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception!!! Always redy to help, advice and etc. Helped me with my deliveries to the hptel, taxi arrangement. - Great location! Just a few steps away from Taksim square and the metro and other transport. Very convenient to get around the city. - Good breakfast. - There are many cafes and shops near the hotel. - The room was nice. It could be bigger, but ok:) - Bottled water, tea, kettle in the room.

- The cleaning was not that great. I requested the cleaning twice during my stay and the foot towel wasn't changed. It was just left on the floor. Also, the boxes from my deliveries were left in the room twice. - The power socket by the desk wasn't working. - It would be great if the bath gowns were offered.

The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious, the furniture is renovated, the breakfast is good and the staff in the hotel are very helpful and cheerful, especially the employee, Saleh and Saljuk.

The rooms are clean, but the room service needs to increase the service period,to be daily cleaning is 24 hours

We really loved this hotel becasue staffs are very professional. Great location with food, shopping, car parking. The hotel located in very safe street because its no car street so its very suitable for family. Breakfast was awesome.

Perfect location, close to the center and public transportation and yet still quite enough during the night.

It seems like the hotel was under maintenance during my stay, the phone in the room wasn’t working and some time I had to use the satires because the elevator wasn’t working, also one time I had to take shower using cold water because there was no hot water they closed it because of the maintenance without prior notice

The hotel is conveniently located near Taksim Square, within walking distance. Staff members Erdogan and Salih were very helpful. Although a twin bed was initially booked, they accommodated a request for a king bed based on availability. A surprise gift was also given for my wedding anniversary, which added a special and joyful touch to the stay. Breakfast was good n hotel was clean

Very polite and helpful staff eager to assist and try to provide solutions to our request. Exceptional location just a few meters from Taksim square and metro station. Let us use the room for free extra 2-3 hours after the check out in order to fresh up. Breakfast was full and tasty.

As the hotel is a few meters from Taksim square there is some noise that could maybe be avoided by upgrading the windows? Also the room (the one provided) could be a little more spacious between the wall and the bed ...

Mustafa at the front desk must be promoted to Manager. He have excellent customer skills and establishes great guest relations with ease and sincerity. He remembers everything! I salute you, Mustafa!

The coffee pot was unwashed and had some hardened leftover stuff inside it from the previous occupant / guest. Housekeeping should have thoroughly inspected the room before having the new guest in. I came in at 7pm.

The hotel room was nice and clean, the staff was pleasant and the location was fantastic.

We were in the area on May 1 which is Labor Day and the whole area was closed off on that day making it hard to get out. This would’ve been better managed if the Hotel staff had informed us ahead of time.

Stayed here with a friend and really liked our stay. The hotel is very close to Taksim Square (2-3 mins walk) and the main shopping street (Istiklal Street) which is a 5 min walk. The Metro is also just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel has all the facilities you would expect. Hotel is very clean and rooms are decent size and has coffee / tea making facilities, locker etc. Staff are incredibly helpful and go out of the way to make your stay pleasant. Special thanks to the manager Mr. Fatih for helping us with our queries and taxi bookings etc. Breakfast has a decent spread though could do with a bit more variety. Location is brilliant and convenient with the Metro, many restaurants and stores at your doorstep. Overall very happy with our stay and would happily stay again if in Istanbul.
