The property was clean and tidy, staff were very friendly they have one of the best breakfast everything included and very clean and variety of foods and fresh. They also clean your room every day so that’s also a plus.

I didn’t like that I wasn’t told my room was ground floor because it’s a family room they put it in the basement. The room was very very hot and absolutely NO air we kept going back to turn on the AC but even air conditioner did not work well to cool the whole room. So I think they should mention it in the listing

The stay at this hotel was very good. Very good location at Taksim Square, close to the M2 metro line and bus station. The hotel is new, very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast was very good. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Wi-fi worked very well. I highly recommend.

Everything!. We had booked another hotel for 7 nights yet we couldn’t stay there for one night. God sent us Pera Luna as a gift to save our vacation. The hotel location is ideal, the staff are very helpful, supportive & friendly, specially Rofat :). The room was beautiful decorated, naturally warm, super clean and spacious - accommodating our baby’s stroller and big luggage. It had everything one might need, even the TV had Netflix and YouTube. Again I want to the thank the hotel staff for being super kind and super nice with us, we really felt home away from home. :)

The hotel is perfectly located right at Taksim Square, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation. It made exploring Istanbul so convenient. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We felt at home the moment we arrived. The hotel offers complimentary coffee, tea, lemonade, and delicious freshly baked cake in the lobby at all times—a thoughtful and generous touch we truly appreciated. The highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Everyone was warm, helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. A special mention to Mr. Ahmet, who was incredibly kind and supportive throughout our stay. He assisted us with booking tours at very reasonable prices and was always available with a smile to help us with anything we needed. What truly touched our hearts was how the staff arranged a surprise birthday cake for our son. It was such a beautiful and heartfelt gesture that overwhelmed us with joy and made the occasion truly special. We are so grateful for this unforgettable memory. The housekeeping was also excellent—the cleaning lady was kind and made sure our room was perfectly refreshed every day. Pera Luna Premium Hotel made our trip to Istanbul truly memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, care, and warm hospitality.

Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The location is unbeatable—right at Taksim Square—making it super convenient for exploring Istanbul. There are many restaurants, shops, and convenience stores just steps away. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. We felt extremely comfortable throughout our stay. The housekeeping service was excellent; our room was refreshed daily with great attention to detail. What really made our experience memorable was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Ahmet at the front desk. He went above and beyond to assist us—from arranging tours at very reasonable prices to offering helpful tips for getting around the city. His kind and professional attitude truly stood out. A lovely touch was the 24/7 availability of complimentary tea, coffee, lemonade, and freshly baked cake in the reception area—perfect after a day of sightseeing. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!

There is nothing to dislike.

The hotel is situated in a very central location, very well connected to the bus and metro services. It is relatively small but very cozy and clean. The breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The internet was fast.

The first night we slept in a room at a ground floor, next to the lobby and it was really noisy, almost impossible to sleep there. In general speak the rooms are not well isolated, so if you have troubles sleeping with noise, it’s not ideal for you.

Great modern room, very friendly service, tasty breakfast. The airco is good and is not blowing directly at bed.

All the glasses in the room were obviously dirty but covered with “clean” tops: I would rather have no glasses at all

We could not close window in our room. In the morning it was noisy because of people having breakfast just one floor below us.

Very clean and confortable hotel close to Taskim squadre and metro/tram/funicular. The room was big and full equipped. the staff is kind and helpfull. You are in the city so you can ear some noise from outside but in the street there are not pubs or clubs so no music or higt volumes. It's a little hotel and you have breakfast in the lobby but it's was good and well prepared. they organize also tranfert from/to airport very easy and quick. Every day the room is clean and you can find complimentary water, bath soap and beauty cotton kit.
