Close to Taksim metro although the slope is a bit steep on the way. The staff are very warm and friendly, ready to offer assistance, and water and tea are available. They were also very kind and offered me a free upgrade to a spacious and comfortable room.

The water from the shower is kind of small, but after telling the hotel owner about this at check out, he said I should have informed the front desk and probably I didn’t turn it all the way properly.

Staff are beyond friendly and accommodating. They gave us clear instructions in order not to get scammed. They recommended very good restaurants, from low to higher prices. Location is just perfect, walking distance to everything if you like to walk, and next to all public transportation in case you prefer not to walk. Window can be open fully, which is amazing as you can enjoy crisp winter air. Towels changed every day, what has become rare around the world, and I appreciate it very much. Very quiet in the hotel. Coffee and tea available 24/7 in the lobby was a huge plus, especially now in winter.

The hotel is literally 1 min walk to Taksim Square & Istiklal street, which makes it a superb and perfect location for all tourists visiting Istanbul. The Taksim metro station is on walking distance so it makes Marlon Hotel the perfect location you can wish for and easily helps you to explore Taksim Square, shopping in Istiklal street, tasting the great turkish food and feel the serene vibe and happenings 24x7 while you can easily catch Taxis and Metro to go nearby tourist sites such as Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Dolmabache Palace, Bazars & Glata Towers. I would specially like to make warm thanks to Mr. Parvin Nazarov for his great services, warm and kind attitude and managing this property very well. He also got us a great discount on Bosphorus Cruise tour and helped in booking a discounted taxi drop off to IST Airport on less fares so indeed many many thanks Gardaş ❤️🙂 I also like to thank Ms. Wafa for making my check in smooth and warm welcoming, she was in touch with me from the moment I made booking till I checked out from hotel. She upgraded us for free to the Deluxe room with nice view and also guided very well about all tourist attractions, hotel facilities and was really up for any sort of help and guidance and has a friendly personality. The hotel has the best facilities in terms of value for money, comfy bed, perfect lighting, nice aminities, daily cleaning and housekeeping which always keeps your room and hotel neat and perfect and gives you the awesome rest, peace of mind and joyful experience of the stay after a long day in Istanbul. I recommend Marlon Hotel 100% to families and solo travelers as the location and facilities are nothing less but totally PERFECT 👍

The staff here was incredibly helpful and friendly. I felt welcomed upon arriving and leaving. They let me work in the lobby area and store my luggage after I checked out, gave me recommendations on where else to travel in Turkey, and in general were very pleasant to interact with. The room was simple, clean and had everything I needed. They offer you free tea and coffee. If you're looking to stay in the taksim, this is a great option!

This hotel is really in the taksim, so you can't expect it to be quiet, but for me it was still a little too noisy (the call to the prayer from the nearby mosque was at 6:30am -- I've stayed at places where it's earlier, so 6:30 is not bad), but you could hear street noises and things also.

The hotel is located near Taksim square and 30 second walk to Istiklal, easily accessible with suitcases. This is a quiet place, noise from Istiklal street does not reach it. Safe neighbourhood. The hotel is super clean, with convenient mattresses and nice linens you feel at home. The hotel manager Parvin, his spouse and staff are great hosts, look after guest, give advice. Facilities are great, the hotel is brand new. There is a lift and you can find all (TV, fridge, tea/coffee maker, hangers, drawers, slippers) what is needed in a room. The cleaning lady comes every day and towels are changed on a daily basis. We arrived very early and departed very late, they kept our luggage before check in and after check out. There is space with tables and chairs in a lobby where you can have tea and coffee (the hotel offers). It is value of money and I believe that this is the best hotel located near Istiklal. We were given a very nice room with a balcony and view. I will recommend this place to my friends and will definitely come back once travel to Istanbul again.

Amazing stay at Marlon Hotel! First of all, the location is perfect — right next to Istiklal Street, in a lively area full of shops, restaurants, and cafés. It’s bustling both day and night, and everything you need is just around the corner. The hotel is also very well connected by public transportation, making it easy to reach all the main attractions in Istanbul. The hotel itself is beautiful and extremely clean. The rooms are modern, well-maintained, and very comfortable. What really made the difference was the staff — the Marlon Hotel team is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to share great local tips. - comfortable stay - kind, friendly and accommodating staff - amazing location if you want to stay in taksim, literally 20 second walk to İstiklal street and taksim metro which is great for travelling - cleaners came in everyday to clean the room and provide new towels etc which you don’t always get in similar size hotels - all around a very good stay , I have stayed here twice now and will return again whenever I come to Istanbul

I am generally a very difficult judge, so I will be completely honest. We stayed at the hotel for a total of 4 days! I booked the hotel after very good research and I must say that I am completely satisfied. It is really in a very good and central location. It is right next to Taksim Square and the main street of Istiklal. It has a metro stop, currency exchange offices, breakfast bakeries, restaurants and shops next door! You don't feel afraid at all, but you don't mind the crowds either. The hotel is very beautiful both outside and inside. The staff was particularly friendly and very kind. The room was spotlessly clean and fully equipped. The entire hotel and each room is insulated. I really liked the room, it was very comfortable and had everything! But what impressed me and I really liked was that it also had hidden lights! It had hidden lights in the bathroom, which was incredible! When we visit Istanbul we will definitely choose it again and I have already recommended it to my friends. Finally, I would like to say a big thumbs up to the owner, Mr. Parvin, who was extremely kind and cheerful. When we needed him for something regarding an issue that came up, he offered and booked us a FREE transfer to the Esenlel Otogar bus station. We really appreciate him and were very happy because he made our overall trip much better! I recommend him to everyone!

The Hotel's location is perfect for anyone who wants to stay in Taksim area, I stayed there for 6 nights, rooms are very clean, regular room service, free water and coffee, and although it's in Taksim the noise isolation is optimum. Parvin, the hotel manager oversees the entire operation himself, a fantastic owner who gave us a free room upgrade and was keen to make sure everything is alright. Also, Wafaa on the front desk is very helpful and cheerful. Overall perfect experience with a very reasonable price for the location, totally recommended.

I recently stayed at Marlon Hotel in Istanbul for eight days, and it was an amazing experience. The management and the hotel owner were extremely good and very nice. The hotel is very new and incredibly clean, with daily cleaning services. It’s also very calm—you can’t hear any noise from the rooms or the nearby streets. The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the center of the city. It’s easy to find a taxi and reach the hotel. If you want to stay in Taksim, this is the perfect place.
