The breakfast was generally of good quality and offered a satisfying variety to start the day. There was a nice selection of warm dishes, including eggs, sautéed vegetables, and other traditional Turkish options. The cold buffet featured an assortment of fresh cheeses, olives, charcuterie, and seasonal fruits, along with a good variety of bread and pastries. Everything was well presented, regularly replenished, and the dining area was clean and inviting. I especially appreciated the balance between local flavors and more continental choices—it made for a very enjoyable and filling meal each morning. What truly elevated the experience was the stunning view of the city from the breakfast level. Watching the sun rise over the rooftops of Istanbul while enjoying a cup of coffee made each morning feel special.

While the room was impressively spacious—which I appreciated—it felt a bit under-furnished for its size. A few more pieces including additional storage would have made the space feel more inviting and functional. The bathroom, though clean and perfectly serviceable, could benefit from some modern updates to match the overall scale of the room and the quality of the rest of the hotel.

I stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed my time here. The hotel is just a short walk from Istiklal Street, so it was incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting around the city. Despite being in such a central location, it was surprisingly quiet, which made it even more relaxing. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed had a soft, comfy mattress that made it easy to rest after a long day out. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful, and they made sure I had everything I needed. Overall, a great experience — I’d definitely stay here again!

One small thing to note: the fridge in the room is quite small and doesn’t have a freezer compartment, so keep that in mind if you need to store frozen items.

Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The property is clean and importantly, the staff was very helpful and nice people are working there as they gave us alot of informations that helped us to arrange our plans and trips there. House keeping is also good. The location is excellent in the heart of Istiklal cadessi where you can do shopping and find good restaurants and cafe and it is also 7 minutes or less walking to Takssim square where you can find Metro and Buses to every where . Breakfast is very nice with alot of varieties at the sixth floor. It is a very nice choice for individuals and for families.

Nothing really

All the staff were very helpful and polite, they all speak english, the position was amazing, it's just off the center of the main shopping high street, the room was comfortable, the area is crowded but not too noisy (in mid March at least), the breakfast was really good with lots of good food, breakfast staff were super polite and very professional and they serve it in a covered terrace with beautiful views of the city sourrounding, room service always present and helpful, concierges are also helpful and polite, overall very good experience. Also: Wifi is good and free, room service is every morning, there is a safe in the room and it's free to use, there is a fridge, they offer free bottled water, instant coffe and tea and it's replenished every day, the tv has satellite channels from many countries, the concierge is there to help for anything you need (they helped me printing boarding passes, weighting luggages, they sorted an issue wth the tv in minutes, they are available for any info)

Not as a complaint but as suggestion for future improvements: -There is something off with the air conditioning system, the air is quite dry, maybe adding some of humidifier can help (I opened the windows for few minutes to let in some fresh air and it was better anyway). -A bit of extra cleaning on some less common spots could elevate the experience from very good to excellent (ie: dust under the bed, minor rusty bits in the shower hardware) -Some led strips were flickering In any case these are very minor issues and absolutely not too important, please take this just as suggestion for your business to grow even more.

The staff is very friendly, the room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is ok, self-service, every day is about the same, but the food is good. We asked for an extra towel and then a blanket, they gave us everything in 5 minutes. Despite the very noisy street, closed windows block out street noise. The ventilation works well

The room is a bit tired, some things need to be repaired - for example, the headboard. But this is a small problem. The soundproofing between the rooms is poor, you can hear the noise from the bathroom in the next room.

The only problem was that there was no floor drain in the bathroom and toilet, so whenever you took a shower or filled the bathtub, the entire bathroom floor would get covered with water and it wouldn’t drain. Also, the bathtub was not properly sealed, so every time it was used, water would leak out and flood the bathroom floor.

Lack of Oven and microwave

I very much liked the location, the people in the reception were great and super friendly in everything we ask and required assistance. the reception team was very kind to assist us in a special request we had as a group of 4. also the food of the breakfast was very tasty. the facilities are exactly what you are going to see the photos with no difference at all.

I did not like the breakfast in terms of it being served to you and you had to ask for an extra plate if you wanted to. I am a person that eats a lot in breakfast so I had to ask for a refill for more than one time for the things that I like for example the omelette. this is not the case in a buffet. also the servers of the breakfast were not very friendly when you asked for more food. especially the bald one was "joking" about a tip for give us more food but it was the kind of jokes that implied that he was actually expecting a tip.

Everything was great. Staff were very nice, hospitable, and would take care of any issues that we had. Rooms were clean and they would clean it every day. Location was great, close to metro and bus stations. The walls had good insulation and would block off most of the noise from the busy Istaklal street. Breakfast was delicious and had excellent variety. Through the 9 nights that we were there, they had several new items every morning.

The hotel is amazing! Very well located, on a little street behind Istiklal, so it's pretty quiet considering the touristic area. We got upgraded for free from a standard room to a deluxe studio and everything about the room was amazing. I am sure the standard one is nice as well. In the hallways it smells amazing, the rooms are very clean and the people are really really nice (bith receptionists & cleaning personal & breakfast personal). They had a little delay with our check-in so the receptionist offered us turkish tea. They also allowed us late check-out and luggage deposit for a few hours. Breakfast is pre-portioned by them but it is very tasty and various, so no worries, you will eat plenty of delicious food. If you ask for something more in particular, they will give it to you. I really recommend this hotel for everyone going to Istanbul.
