The hotel was excellent in regards to cleanliness, very kind and helpful staff and the location was just 2 mins to the well known istiklal street, literally that close. The breakfast was very good with cold and warm varieties and with a variety of bread. Everything is within walking distance in addition to bars, a pharmacy, a small store and restaurants just literally under the hotel. Reception staff Oguz, Volcan, Serder were all great and helpful and Sema and the fine gentlemen in the breakfast hall truely went further with their kindness with us. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was a great choice. The staff is helpful. They always know what you might need. The location is fantastic: 2 minutes from Istiklal avenue. Yes, it's a bit noisy but the entire tourist area in Istanbul is noisy, so, don't expect a Viennese quiet here. The room - very good, water, beds - all good and clean. The Internet - very good. The breakfast is located in the other building, 50 metres away from the hotel suites. Also very diverse. Though the staff doesn't really understand much English in the restaurant, there's no need for it anyway. They'll bring you coffee or tea. I'd recommend tea over coffee there. You can drink much better coffee in other places. Big thanks to Ogün, Oguz and the other staff members for help. Overall, a very valuable choice.

We were so happy with the services, and the staff was welcoming, helpful, and caring. The hotel is very nice, comfortable, and clean. Food delicious and perfect service in the restaurant. Perfect location: 10 mn to Metro station and 2 mn to istiklal street. Special thanks to all the staff, especially to Sema and Oguz.

Its location very close to Istkilal Street where all the shopping and restaurants and close proximity to public transportation but yet in a tight alley that is quiet and has lots of nice bars. The hotel has excellent amenities and the room super spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was also generous and diverse.

Taxi is hard to get into the tight streets but reception helped us with that.

Wonderful position, located in a super cozy little street but just couple of minutes walking from the big and beautiful shopping area, restaurants, clubs and Taksim Square. Big rooms. Friendly and welcoming people, a special thanks to the house keeping always professional and very helpful🙏

I’ve been 10 days, and unfortunately the entire area serve very loud music, every day, until very late at night, at certain point if you need silence to sleep, better to get with you a good hear plugs; thanks AirPods for the “noise isolation”🙏 TV are not smart, and you can’t even connect any personal device to watch some Movie or whatever, only 2 channels in English with Arabic subtitles; get with you a computer if you plan to stay more then a weekend and maybe enjoy a movie some night.

I appreciate the central location, friendly and helpful staff, and the enjoyable breakfast at this hotel. Special thanks to Emran, the receptionist, for his friendliness, and shoutout to Khadir and Khalil in the restaurant for their excellent hospitality.

Nothing, everything was super.

We loved the cleanliness, location and the staff. The rooms are well insulated blocking out the noise and vibrancy of the area. They also have switches that allow you to notify staff via an LCD outside the door whether you would like your room cleaned or if you do not want to be disturbed. The food was great and fresh, and the staff were always friendly, hospitable namely, Sener & Ilyas. Togar was extemely helpful with explaining the room, rules, carrying our luggage and any general enquiries. The location is perfect & a few meters away from the high street. The area has bars and cafes, and is extremely vibrant. We loved it and highly recommend, we definitely will return.

We had a wonderful stay at Akka Suites in Istanbul. The hotel is located right beside Istiklal Street, one of the city’s most vibrant and crowded areas. Despite this, our room was very well soundproofed, and we had no trouble getting a restful sleep. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, even allowing us to check in earlier, which made our arrival much more convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. If you’re looking for a hotel in a prime location but still want peace and comfort, Akka Suites is a great choice. We would definitely stay here again!
