• Great location right next to Istiklal and Taksim Square. • The staff was very polite and helpful, especially the man who seemed to manage the hotel. Specifically, I have to mention that I hit my leg outside the hotel and asked him for help. He showed great willingness to take me to the pharmacy across the street and explain what happened in Turkish to the pharmacist. Great interest that is difficult to find :) • The room was like the photo, and the bed was comfortable! Inside the room, there's also a kettle to make coffee/tea by yourself for free. • Even though it is located in a street with a club and shisha cafe bars that were still open late, there was no noise in the room.

• When you took a bath, it had very strong changes from cold to very hot water and back. • The bathroom floor was filled with water when you took a shower, since it didn't have good water and, at the same time, the bathtub was open, so the water came out. • They didn't clean the room on the 3rd day, even though we put the relevant sign outside the room in the morning. They cleaned it on the 4th day. However, they made the bed without changing the sheets.

Nice room comfy bed, was advertised as a twin bed with sofa bed which turned out to be a sofa you can sleep on.Staff were friendly and organised our airport transfers from and back to the airport. If you are going to Istanbul for the night life then this hotel is for you but if your going to see the sights then I would maybe look elsewhere as the hotel is next to a bar that plays loud music till the early hours.

Hotel and staff were amazing. Anytime we had any queries, they were there to support us. They even arranged our transportation to the airport and helped carry our suitcases. Hotel was very clean and modern. We stayed in the family room, so we had ample space. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Personally, I didn't enjoy the restaurants outside the hotel offering us shisha every time we went out. As females only group it was quite uncomfortable experience for us

gets very hot. air conditioning doesn’t seem regulated. very loud at night, on top of a 24/7 cafe that plays loud music at sun down.

It was nice experience staying with Mirrors. Loved the hospitality of the staffs and they try to do extra mile for the request. The place is very close to famous Istikal street which is always busy and have lot of options for you to eat and also to roam around. Highly recommended for the ones who want to have cozy room and also stay near the main area.

The hotel is incredibly central, located just off Istiklal Caddesi. The hotel is very competitively priced. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable.

Good hotel in the very center of the city, there are lots of cafes near. It was a bit noisy outside, as Istiklal street was there, and very crowded, but in our family room at last floor was quite enough. The room is comfortable, even cozy. The stuff is friendly enough. Good choice for this money.

the family room had only beds and no sofas and chairs to sit. this was very strange and we requested the staff for extra chairs but we did not get them. you can’t expect guests to sit on the beds all the time specially when there was space for at least 4 chairs and a table
