I really like the view point, I like communication and how fast issues were resolved. Don't like bed - too jumping so, I was in a trip with my mother, so we tried to slip on a bed together, but when he switching and turn to other side I felt like we are on a water bed so I had to slipping on the sofa=)

it's not related to a hotel, but the neighbors have a dog... he was alone every time... he was scared and a lot of shit was in the yard and smelling ( no one cleaned up for him... we were when the weather was 12-15. Can't imagine how the smells when the temperature higher Smell only on a terrasse, not inside

Said was an excellent host and addressed all of our concerns and requests in a prompt and friendly manner

First, the location is perfect…. right at the center of Taksim Square. Located in the branch road makes this hotel far from the whole day hectic of tourists in Taksim Square. Second is the facilities. Our quarter is located and ground floor. It has kitchen with electric stove & refrigerator. Third is has two toilets. One only toilet. The other one is with the shower. All the staffs are helpful and good communication.

Guests must provide their own daily water for drinks. The hotel should provide towel hangers more in the bathroom and living room.

Friendly supportive nice Staff Mr. Ahmed, Asad and one more Guy also the owner Mr. Saleem if i remember correctly. also the hotel renovated and the room space was convenient with nice location walking to Istiklal street but not easy at all for a taxi or any car to wait for your family in front of the hotel you have to walk like 7 minutes to reach the main road after crossing Istiklal st. To get Uber or Taxi otherwise drivers rejecting your trips.

- I paid higher value for a partial Seaview queen suite without balcony, unfortunately the entire hotel doesn't have any Seaview from that location and number of floors beside the distance from the sea and weather conditions. so it's misleading information to collect more money while the other room without Seaview less prices and having a nice balcony. - Some Lamp bulbs need to be exchanged.

We stayed in the ground floor suite which has 2 bedrooms, lounge and kitchenette, at no extra cost, as there was a problem with the studio room we had originally booked. Location is amazing in a street off Istiklal street, wonderful buzz, food and shopping. staff are really great, we were welcomed by Tahir and Saeed. We were able to purchase Istanbul kart and Tourist sim from hotel which was very convenient.Mini mart in street can top up Istanbul kart. A tip while travelling; Tram T1 gets you to all tourist spots,but nearest stop is down a steep decline. Easier to walk to TAKSIM square take funicular to Kabatas and then take Tram T1 from there. I would suggest looking into e sim as cheaper option.

Not a lot of storage in suite, one wardrobe. But was fine for us.

Room had nice view and very clean and spacious. bed very comfortable . Staff very helpful ,thankyou for all your help and advice

there was some things missing from kitchen ,knives ,glasses etc but manageable . School directly downstairs was very noisy playing tournaments until midnight each night, made sitting on balcony we paid extra to have not good ,had to come inside .and early bed and early start in morning were difficult with the noise Room had very strong odd smell,had to open door to air most time. We asked for no room refreshed but noticed that each time we were out someone had been in our room things moved and curtains that fell down had been fixed,thankyou for that but this made us feel uneasy to know someone had been in our room while we were out every day

The place is extremely clean and spotless. Very nicely designed and was very well organized. The manager Selim and staff Ahmed,Asad and tahir all are very kind,friendly and very welcoming. We also took advantage of the tour provided by Selim that they also provide with a very reasonably priced. We had an amazing time living at Royal Taksim hotel. We felt at home with the great hospitality. The environment was so nice we felt extremely safe.definitely coming back and thanks for your help Selim I really appreciate everything you have done for my family,can’t wait to coming back!

Just managed to give some review for my family trip back in April 2024. Great Hotel and great location for Family. My family of 7 were very happy. Thanks to the receptionist for allowing us for early check-in since our flight arrived quite early at 6am. Upon reach the hotel at 8am which the airport transfer were also being arranged by them for some fee, the receptionist assisted us to temporary early check-in to keep our luggage and allow us to rest. By 11.30am - 12pm, we need to go out for a bit to allow their cleaners to clean the room. Not an issue to us. Overall the stay was great and wonderful.

The hotel in a great location with fabulous staff Mr Salem the Manager , Taher , Ahmed , saeed from the reception they are super , I meet with Mr a Ossman the owner and he is so kind person and professional he is also finishing off with hotel renovations plan with great desgin , the hotel is very family oriented close to everything restaurant, coffee shop , supermarket and less than three minutes walking distance to Istiklal street , hotel is safe , clean , friendly staff and value of money.

Nothing important except that the ground floor room is not quiet room have a lot of sounds coming from reception guest also they do housekeeping once every three days but honestly the room so clean and any time you ask for fresh towels and housekeeping the do it on spot
