Was good for the price point. Comfy beds, very nice air-con, good water pressure and the location was great - it's in a trendy artsy part of town. The place was not immaculate but for what you pay for it was very good. The host was readily available via whatsapp.

The only issue really was with check-in where I didn't see the message on booking.com to agree a time separate to the optional one on the site but we were let in quickly enough by the neighbour.

Confusion to begin with about which apartment we had rented. Booking.coms way of showing photos of apartments without being clear as to which is the one we are booking is a horror, and has happened to us on previous occasions. Good kitchen knives would be useful.

Everything was perfect, just like at home. Everything is within seven minutes of walking. Mr. Abdullah was really helpful, and the property owner too.

Good space

The African guard was greedy... Also there is no elevator... Location is not so good. We agreed on late check-out before we did the reservation, and I have the email, but they denied it and asked us to stay in street.

Nice location, located in a very lively area, also very quiet at night as it’s a side street , really enough space in the rooms

Sadly, it was very dirty, and even though when I pointed out dirty towels and dirty sheets, a very kind worker changed them, still, there were other spots that we uncleaned it seems for a while, with cats fur everywhere, that triggered my allergies . Also the rain shower had was broken and was just a fountain all over the bathroom, my clothes etc when I turned it on next morning , the employee proposed to move me to another apartment, but I was not in a mood for moving and facing some problems again and to be honest just left, as it was no place to relax for me

Close to Taxsim and Istikal Street was the only advantage. If you prefer walking to metro and above locations.

No Room Cleaning Since Day One. till my 11th day of departure. No Proper Local support provided by property. As the duty boy is not in the property for most of the time. Water heater was not working, same was reported, but no response. No Lift, So, we need to manage our things accordingly. Cabs are not coming to this location bcoz of congested area.

The bed was very bad, shower drainage water was broken and water was everywhere. Door lock was broken and they provided paddle lock. Internet was not working. The floor was broken.

Everything was horrible me and my wife got sick headache and fever due to did not sleep on broken bed also it was making noise when we were turning the side. They put two maters on the bed as bed was broken. This apartment messed up our whole trip. We stayed same apartments thee times and third time they given us very bed room. It was better we stay on the street or in jail. Blood and white spots were on duets/blankets and we did not use them. I have attached all pics.
