This Hotel was my haven in a city so full of petty con artists looking to take advantage of you at every turn. This is where I felt comfortable and the 24/7 desk staff made me feel safe and genuinely cared about having happy guests. I stayed in a balcony room and really enjoyed my views of the city. The hotels also right in the heart of the city. just up the hill your on the main tourist shopping and dining street.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Louis Rooms in Istanbul. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it an excellent base for exploring the vibrant and historic city. One of the standout features of the hotel is the service. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. They were knowledgeable about the local area and were able to provide helpful recommendations for restaurants and sights to see. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Louis Appartement and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The property has a great staff, very communicative and helpful and it helps that they speak English especially for tourists who don’t speak Turkish. The rooms are cozy, clean and much larger than other rooms we stayed in. Whatever you have as extra requirements the team goes the extra mile to make it happen.

Absolutely nothing. The property doesn’t have a kitchen so doesn’t serve breakfast but the area around is full of options. Thread and needle box added to the toiletries would be amazing!

Very warm welcome by Simi, who was super helpful in checking us in, recommending places, and assisting with our luggage. The rest of the team were also great, helping us to make dinner reservations and arranging our taxi back to the airport (Youssef I think, thank you!). Our room was amazing, very clean, exactly as shown in photos and very peaceful. We also had great views of the city (balcony room). The location of the hotel was also perfect, surrounded by nice restaurants, shops and cafes, and only 5 mins walking to Istiklal Street. Had a wonderful stay and will definitely be recommending Louis Rooms!

The staff is really welcoming, served us drinks upon arrival before check in. Even WhatsApp-ed me a day before to welcome my stay. Once checked-in, they recommended few restaurants nearby to try. We tried Tomtom Kebap just a few walk from the hotel, and it was dang good! The nearest tram is at Tophane, a 6-7 minute walk downhill from the hotel. Istikal Street is a 3 minute walk uphill. Istanbul Airport is accessible by metro station which you need to walk a bit in about 10 minutes to Sishane Metro station - Gayrettepe - Istanbul Airport. Mind you, the hotel is located on hillside🤣 but the stay is worth though. The hotel is very beautiful. The room is spacious enough & can pray congregation with my husband. The smart TV has Youtube. 2 water bottles are complimentary & refilled everyday, others are paid to drink/eat, including the Nespresso. Our room is soooo beautiful featuring a beautiful view of garden facing a bit of Galata Tower (only the top part are visible🤣) They provide iron, large iron board & water kettle.

Louis Rooms is a wonderful hotel, located at an excellent point for visitors to be close to public transport, amazing cafes and shops, but also away from the very touristic areas. Our room was spotless clean, the bed was comfortable and we were not bothered by outside noises at all. We also appreciated the high quality toiletries, the welcoming wine and water, and the fact that upon request we could have cleaning service everyday. Lastly, I cannot say enough good words about the welcoming, kind, accommodating staff, everyone in the 24 hour reception went above and beyond to help us with any questions/requests, and they truly made our stay memorable!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The reception staff were all incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. A special shout-out to Ezgi, who went above and beyond in providing excellent directions and tips for getting around Istanbul. Her assistance made navigating the city so much easier! The overall experience was comfortable and welcoming, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The lighting in the room was a bit dark but not much of a problem.

Clean and comfortable room in a great location in Istanbul! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and gave us great tips on things to do around town and how to navigate the city. We had a lovely view of the Bosphorus from our balcony too.

Our room faced the street and there was a club across the road that was quite loud in our room until 3am most nights. It’s nothing the hotel can control, but I’d recommend bringing some earplugs just in case you’re sensitive to noise!

The service at the reception was exceptional. We needed to do an early check in and the accommodated us with no issue which was a nice surprise. The staff was very helpful and willing to assist whenever needed. The daily housekeeping is very good, the room was all in all very very clean. The view from the balcony (even at the second floor) was beautiful overlooking Galata tower, the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The bathroom is very spacious.

The location is very convenient if you are willing to walk less than ten minutes to reach public transport even though the area is very hilly. The bar across the street is quite loud but if you book the back rooms (with the city view) there is no disturbance at all.

Louis Rooms is clean, tidy and very comfortable. We had a little balcony and evening drinks from this were great The staff such as Hakan and Orgsan (awesome to us) were very welcoming, helpful and did a great job. We couldnt fault Louis Rooms.

We were very happy with Louise Rooms - so no criticisms. We would have rated it 10/10 except it is directly across the road from a bar. It wasnt a big problem but enough to rate it 9/10 rather than a 10. I might add that Louis Rooms cant change this and despite this we would stay there again.
