I liked the **comfort** of the guesthouse, especially the ** comfortable bed**, **working AC**, and **noise-blocking windows** for a peaceful stay. The **prime location** in Cihangir, close to Taksim Square, Istiklal Street, and convenient for reaching Sultan Ahmet, also stood out. Plus, Emir's **warm welcome** added a personal touch to the experience.

while the neighborhood of Cihangir is charming, it has many stairs and hills, which might make walking a bit difficult for older individuals or those with disabilities. This isn’t a drawback of the apartment itself, but more about the hilly nature of the location.

This hotel is a beautifully restored building located almost right in the heart of Istanbul. The reception staff were incredibly pleasant, always helpful, and polite, even with minor communication challenges. Our room was exceptionally clean, with even hidden spots thoroughly tidied. We particularly appreciated the good soundproofing, which allowed for peaceful sleep, a welcome change from our previous visit to Istanbul. The convenience of a nearby Migros and a Carrefour not too far away was also a plus. Overall, a very pleasant and worthwhile hotel.

The Wi-Fi system was incredibly strange and outdated. You had to use your passport number just to connect in your own room, and to make matters worse, you couldn't connect more than two devices! It felt like we were living in the early 2000s, not 2025 – it was impossible to connect a phone, tablet, and laptop simultaneously. Even worse, the session would expire unexpectedly, meaning we'd wake up to no notifications until we re-authenticated. Our phone's roaming was our only savior.

The staff was exceptional, especialy Zelihe!. She went over and above what one can expect, with great recommendations. Room very comfortable and spacious. Very nice location with many restaurants in the vicinity and only a short walk to Taskim Square. Would return there anytime and would highly recommend. On the second day, there was a fault with the safety deposit box, but was replaced no more than 10 minutes after it was reported (amazing!) A few supermarkets nearby, so very practical. It was a fantastic stay.

We could only suggest a few hooks at the entrance to hang our coats.

This place so much better than the photos. It is spacious, was super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is amazing. In the middle of so many wonderful restaurnats and little streets. Lively outside sitting area with a view of the Bosphorus. My husband and I stayed for four nights with our two teenagers and they loved it as well. There are more than one grocery store very nearby, so it is super easy to do self-catering. Istiklal Street where the good shopping happens, is just 10 minutes walk away. Down towards the sea, you can hop on a tram easily. We took ubers to get to the other European side and they could find us very quickly. I read so many reviews before I booked in Istanbul, and then you still wonder if you made the right choice. The apartment we stayed in, was definitely a right choice.

Traveled to Istanbul with my family of 3. Everything was exceptional and amazing. I would 100% recommend this accommodation to anyone traveling there from now on. It was very hard finding an accommodation that had all good reviews, especially about cleanliness. After a long time, i found this one and i definitely wasn’t disappointed. Everything was super clean, super comfortable and i was amazed by how much was actually provided. The house had anything and everything that a traveler in a different country would need for the comfort. Staff were also very nice. Always very welcoming and helpful. I’m not even going to start about the location. The guesthouse is literally in the centre of every main location. That aside even the cozy streets in front of the guesthouse had small cafes, that we would go to at night, before we went ahead and got inside the accommodation. All in all, definitely recommend!

- Great location in Cihangir. - Very clean and modern apartments. It basically looks like on the pictures. - Very friendly staff, especially Erdogan! You can always contact them on Whatsapp, even before your arrival. - There is someone at the reception desk 24/7.

- Wifi works well but using it could be smoother: By default the login you get works only on one device at a time. Using it on multiple devices requires an extra setup or you have to log-off on other devices. - Friends/visitors are not allowed in the apartments. A friend came by to pick me up and wanted to wait in the apartment for a few minutes while I get ready to leave. In the end he was allowed in but we first had to explain the situation. On the one hand it can be annoying, on the other hand you don't need to worry about your neighbors inviting huge groups of people over.

The house was spotless, and we felt immediately comfortable. It looks even better than the photos and has all the amenities you could possibly need. The staff were lovely, helpful, and went out of their way to translate into English and assist us. We were able to check in early, and they kindly offered luggage storage on our last day, which was so convenient. The location is perfect—vibey, with lots of bars and restaurants, close to transport, and right next to a supermarket. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Istanbul!

The apartment is very new, clean, well-designed and well-equipped, though we didn't use the kitchen much as there are so many food options around. We loved the neighbourhood and were very satisfied with our choice as it was very easy to commute to all locations either by foot, tram or taxi (however, I would recommend ordering a taxi to a different location - bigger road - as it might take a while to get out of this neighbourhood with narrow streets full of cars). The apartment is fully equipped for a pleasant stay, offering all essentials like dishwasher and washing machine detergents, coffee capsules, pleasant shower gel and shampoo. Also, it was very quiet and we could sleep with the windows open.

Connecting to wi-fi was always a challenge, as it's limited to 2 devices per passport, constantly signs you out and was quite weak. The beds were not very comfortable as they were a bit too soft for us.

It is an amazing apartment, cosy and comfortable, very well located, very well equipped - we travel a lot but I never seen such a well equipped kitchen - everything is brand new! And such a light bathroom with a washing machine - we loved it! The flat was all clean! The bed was very comfortable. The aircon worked perfectly. The Tram 1 is about 9 min walk, which provide a direct link to the main attractions within 10 min., like Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern. The apartment is located in the heart of Cihangir. The Istanbul Guesthouse building is all new - just as the apartments. The streets are cleaned, have a good mood. Supermarket Migros is 30 m away, you can find everything here for a good price. Carrefour is 200 m away. There are cafés, restaurants all around. The last day we could keep our bags there until we went to the airport. That's a really nice gesture! You can reach Galataport - the seashore - within a 12-15 min walk. A great and supper clean appartment. Almost perfect, everything in the appartment is almost new!, Beds are comfy, you have two airconditions which both work very fine. Location is great, 10 minutes walk to Taksim square 40 meters from a small supper market. 100 meters from a place that you can have a supper Turkish breakfast. One of the good things about this appartment is also that they really do have a 24 hours reception, there is always someone to help you in the reception. Special thanks to Yasin and Emir (I hope I am spelling their name correctly) they are very helpfull and friendly. Once you see the appartments, you would wish you had booked more nights. I really think we will book again.
