It was good, clean and comfortable, very nice furniture and well interior design, good location, about 10-15 min walking to Taksim and Istiklal, showing close to Findikli tram station on the map but very hard to reach and return by feet because of slop and disaster stairs. A small mini market at the door has very good bread at the morning with Keymak, but not pleasant mini market owner no smile and very nervous all the time.

Breakfast about 10-14$ per person per day, we recommended having breakfast at the apartment on our own, tea, bread and Keymak. The apartment was good, only 1 time elevator stop, we had to use the stairs with luggages, no ventilation in the toilet 😔, the terrace was good but on a car park and other apartments and buildings view, so don't expect any nice views. Room service every 3 days, no disposable items, you should buy yourself. There was no safe in the room, we asked them to provide. Very high prices in the market, too expensive meals in the restaurants outside, everyone need to have money from you, because of the financial crisis in Turkey, not recommended destination for vacation.

The property is conveniently located close to Taksim Square and Karakoy; The reception was available 24h, and they were always very helpful; the SmartTV is a nice extra; Every room has aircon; Washing machine also available.

The balcony was nothing as glamorous as in the pictures; We only had 1 key for a group of four people; There was a leaking problem in the aircon which flooded my room and luggage; no housekeeping during our stay.

We got the service apartment which met our needs as it had 3 seperate rooms. Facilities were clean and new. Each room has its own individual AC unit which meant we could all select the best sleeping temperature. We also appreciated having a working washing machine in the unit. While not a negative for us, the general area of the property is on a hill and that requires a 1-2 KM walk uphill from galata tower or the tram. This is something to keep in mind if you steep slopes are hard for someone in your party. Lots of good places to eat and relax in a couple of blocks radius.

We wish the property had provide soap, shampoo and small packs of washing powder to use the washing machine. This is a small thing but can make a big difference in your experience.

We had easily checked in and within 20 minutes we had been in our booked room, the receptionist was Mr. Yousef was very gentle as well as his colleagues, the apartment was very clean and newly renovated, very clean bathroom. The hotel is 5 minutes away from Taksim square and 10 minutes away from the seaside road. Alot of grocery shops, restaurants, coffee shops and pharmacies around, very good stay for a family

Mr. Omar was a great host. That's a building with renovated apartments. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment as a group of 4 adults and 2 kids. It has all new comfy furniture and it is clean. There are all the utensils you'll need like fridge, kettle, cutlery, microwave and even washing machine. There were enough towels for all of us. The entrance leads to a large living room and on the side there are three bedrooms separated by walls. The location is in the very heart of Beyoglu with a lot of places to eat and drink nearby. Taksim is 10 mins away by foot uphill, tram and ferry are 10 mins away downhill through a passage with stairs.

You might consider the place is located in an area on a hill, but the whole neighbourhood is situated as well on a hill. On the other hand it is very live with a lot of shops and all sorts of small bars and eating places. Might be a good idea taking your luggage with a transport when arriving and leaving then it's totally fine walking around the place.

Spotless apartment which was a great base for our family of four. The kitchen was well equipped so we could prepare meals for the kids and the sofa area was ideal for them to relax and watch cartoons after a busy day sightseeing. The washing machine was a bonus when you're travelling with a toddler! Comfy beds, hot showers, good Wifi and lovely staff. The location was a ideal with great range of eating options and short walk to Taxim for transport options around the city.

The view was great and the location was also perfect.

Shampoo, shower gel, bottle of waters were not included and we didn’t enjoy that as it was the first time we had to deal with such things while travelling.

Great location. 10 minutes walk from Taksim Square/Istiklal Street. Best part, the walk is mostly flat. Good restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, and barber shops as soon as you step out. The staff was super helpful. Huge shout out to Munzir for a quick checkin, Hassaam for making us feel at home and resolving our request for prayer mat and shoes in a jiffy, and Esmet for helping us with his mall recommendations and always getting us a taxi within seconds. The apartment was as described. Super clean and everything available. This was our first time in Istanbul since covid times, and this time we had a kid with us, so having the extra space for him to play around was very useful. I will definitely book this place again. Although only 500 meters but It is a very steep walk up the hill if you are approaching it from the sea/river side(NOT TAKSIM SIDE). The taxi drivers also do not want to do the short trip as well. So, we found it a bit challenging to find taxis to the hotel. Or maybe not challenging but time consuming. The water for shower is a bit of a struggle in the morning. It is either a bit too hot or a bit too cold. Very difficult to get it to stay at the right temperature. It was not a problem in the afternoons or the evenings. I believe it probably is due to having a single water system for multiple apartments, and is maybe something Esmet and his team will like to work on to make our next trip more pleasant.

Monnas Suites was a really great place to stay. Incredibly clean, comfortable and spacious for a family of 5 visiting. The guys working at the front desk, Yousef and Amin, were always exceptionally helpful and able to address any problems we had. When I first arrived, there was one bed less than what I booked, and they found a bed and set it up within an hour of arriving. Breakfast at the cafe was delicious, and they even had regular visits from the next door pup, Champion, that made the stay even better. The location was also really good, 10min from Taksim but on a very quiet street.

Some of the items in the room, including the kettle and the coat rack, need to be replaced.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel suite! The place was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk to shopping areas and other attractions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway.

There are a few areas that could use improvement. The shower was not of the best quality, and some fittings seemed to be falling apart, though the water flow itself was excellent. The door handles also felt a bit flimsy, though they worked fine. Additionally, reaching the tram station can be inconvenient due to the steep hill roads leading to the suite—but thankfully, taxis are plentiful and easy to find.
