It is a pleasant hotel near the Galata Port, with lot of restaurants arround. It was clean, and comfortable. They have a very good restaurant on rooftop, with a great view, good food, good music and shisha. The room was the same as in pictures, modern and spatious.

When we arrived we had to wait a lot because the room was not ready yet. The hotel is close to the road and it was a little noisy. What we didn’t like is that they forgot to provide water in the room, we had to call service room daily, also once after cleaning they didn’t leave any towel so we had to ask at the reception, we had to buy toilet paper and shower gel /shampoo etc. because they didn’t provide them since we arrived. The included breakfast in our opinion was poor.

Beds were not very comfortable but ok . Wish if there were more variety in the breakfast . Minor things for improvement.

The hotel staff were so kind and friendly, The hotel itself so clean and calm، it's located in the middle of very nice area with nice view to the Bosphor, the view from the restaurant in 7th floor is amazing at the morning time, I loved it.

Nothing in general

The hotel has a great location & staff are very very friendly and helpful. Whatever you ask for, they bring it in a couple of minutes. This is my second stay at this hotel.

The breakfast is good but was much better when I stayed two years ago. I asked for earl grey tea & cappuccino they said only regular tea & American coffee are included, anything else you should pay extra! I booked the sea view room, it was nice but small. They need a bit of renovation. The iron board was very old. The room had a problem with electricity but they fixed it after calling them.

The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Location was very good. Breakfast/restaurant place has spectacular view of the Bosphorus. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was well equipped, spacious and lovely shower. JUST DARK.

Restaurant food wasn't all that and pricey. The breakfast was ok. our booking included breakfast but when I asked for hot chocolate since I don’t drink coffee or tea they asked us to pay for it. The rooms have no view at all and it was very dark. They could do with adding more ceiling lights. The wi fi was annoying coz everytime you turn your phone on one has to input the password again!

1. Hotel provided paid airport transfer. 2. Reception was friendly and accommodating 3. Breakfast provided was superb. 4. Rooms are fairly clean 5. Water for shower was good in pressure and hot water was ok. WC was in good working condition. 6. Room service was good. Whatever we asked for it was delivered. 7. Location of the hotel was convenient to trams and walking distance of the metro. Convenience store was also nearby.

1. Used towels was not replenish accordingly. Almost everyday need to call reception to ask for towels. 2. Coffee mugs was not replaced with new ones and had to ask for it. 3. Rooms was not swept clean as felt it was dusty 4. Almost everyday at midnight there is a power trip. Was staying at level 3 of the hotel. 5. Kettle was not provided but instead they issue hot flask if requested for hot water for making hot drinks.

The best part of the property was the Azure restaurant and its view. And the exceptional service of the staff both at the restaurant and hotel reception. Their Hookah was amazing and so was the food. Particularly Mustafa and Enes at the Azure Restaurant provided an exceptional service. Merlin from guest relation department also provided an amazing service both before and after our stay. And Aykut and Emircan at the reception were always super caring and catering our needs. Truly 5 star service from the staff and one of the most comfortable stays I have ever had.

The mattresses and pillows are not as good as they are usually at other 5 star hotels. Also the breakfast menu was quite limited and could use an upgrade.

Hotel in a very great location, right opposite the tram line which leads you to all the popular hotspots. The hotel staff were amazing and accommodated all our needs and if we asked for something they would bring it right away. Our room was cleaned everyday and the overall hygiene of the hotel was very good. The rooms are very sound proof as well you could not hear the traffic even though we were facing it. The Azure restaurant on the rooftop is a nice touch with amazing food and shisha.

Nothing, perfect stay

Swanky modern hotel, central location. Spacious modern rooms with partial sea views (unless you choose a suite on the 6th or 7th floor). Very helpful front desk staff.

The vegan “menu” consisted of one dish (and fruit). The restaurant was filled with smoke, from shisha but also normal smoking. The advertised sea views were very partial from most of the rooms, even the superior ones.
