Location is excellent! 3 minutes walk to the right to Galataport, 4 minutes walk to the left to Kabatas area and ferry. Just in front of it a hidden gem with an amazing view direct to the Bosphorus, Coffee and breakfast place called , Secret, don’t miss it, it is a MUST visit spot. Also, the tram station is just in front of it. The breakfast is only one set menu, still it’s nice as you will have a fantastic view of the Bosphorus. Finally, the staff are nice and polite. A big THANK YOU to Emir, the manager, and Ismail at the reception. Don’t hesitate to ask them for anything, they are very decent and helpful.

Just minor things that will not affect your stay. In the middle of the day it may get noisy as the tram is in front of the hotel. Breakfast is one set menu so you may get bored. If you book a Bosporus view room , ensure that it is in the 4th or 5th floor to get the full open view. WiFi doesn’t cover all areas at the hotel.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The location is great with an amazing view of the Bosphorus. Breakfast was served with the same amazing view of the Bosphorus with an amazing breakfast menu. The front desk were very polite, friendly, and very helpful. Especially Bilal from the reception and everyone was amazing! I would definitely stay here again at this great service and excellent location.

Nothing did not like it ,everyone is amazing and so helpful.

We stayed for a week in may. The hotel location is central and excellent.In front of the hotel is a park which allows for a great outlook of the Bosphorus. Breakfast was plentiful and good, except it’s a standard set plate same every day ! Staff were friendly and helpful. Efe was very helpful in breakfast room.He even brought my wife a fruit plate when she wanted instead of the regular cheese/vegetable plate.

Maybe we would have preferred a buffet breakfast.

My stay at the hotel was excellent, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff at reception: Mr. Faith,Ismail, Bilal and Mohammad. Special thanks to Tariq and the waitstaff for serving a delicious and authentic breakfast, especially the cegar boraks which I loved immediately. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep things cool. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were just right, adding to the comfort of my stay. Moreover, the hotel's exceptional location made it convenient to access everything nearby. They even provided a smooth airport pickup in a clean Mercedes, ensuring we arrived on time. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and am grateful to everyone in Istanbul for their hospitality. Thank you all so much!

There is nothing to dislike! I loved everything!

We had a four nights stay at ZIMMER Hotel Bosporus in the Suite with sea view. The suite and the hotel itself were very clean. We enjoyed every morning a great breakfast with beautiful sea view. The whole staff - from cleaning personnel, waiters to reception - all were very friendly, professional and supportive. Especially Ismail bey as he cared for our wellbeing until our last moment. The location of the hotel is amazing as on tram station , bus and ferry directly in front of the hotel. We highly recommend the ZIMMER Hotel.

It was a good hotel. It had a good location. It had professional and respectful staff, like Mr. Ismail. The room facilities were also adequate. I recommend staying at this hotel.

Food was not served in the room and breakfast was the same every day. Noise from other rooms could be heard. The air conditioning system sometimes gave an error. And instead of a double mattress, two single mattresses were used next to each other.

I loved the location of the place. The rooms are very comfortable and their breakfast is outstanding. The staff are really friendly.

At the end of the stay the receptionist told me he gave three cards at the begging of the stay but i was sure he only gave me one for each room and we asked for more during the stay. We returned what we had but he was demanding the other cards saying he gave us three at the beginning but i was 100% sure he gave us 1. We were three in the room and I questioned my self how come he gave us only one, therefore, i was sure he gave me one. Other than this issue during the stay they were really helpful and friendly.

Excellent location near the tram line, bus stop, and Kabataş ferry pier. Beautiful Bosphorus views and all amenities as listed on Booking.com. The breakfast was fantastic, and the hospitality was top-notch. Special thanks to Fatih and Sefa at reception—they were true professionals, helping us with local tips and transportation. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

The location was wonderful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was traditional Turkish food served in portions.Pleasant and interesting for our taste. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is a great advantage for people arriving in Istanbul by car.

The hotel definitely needs to be renovated. Some of the lamps did not work. There was mold in the bathroom. There were ants in the breakfast restaurant.
