This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect — central, safe, and within easy walking distance of the main attractions. Both the metro and tram stops are just around the corner, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and comfortable, but what makes this place stand out is the staff. Everyone I encountered was genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From thoughtful check-ins to personalized recommendations, their hospitality made me feel genuinely cared for. Breakfast was another highlight — a generous and delicious spread that included everything from fresh crepes, pancakes, and local sweets to cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, omelettes, bureks, and fresh vegetables. A perfect way to start the day! As someone who was working remotely, I really appreciated the calm and cozy atmosphere in the lobby. The Wi-Fi was strong enough for video calls, and the staff regularly checked in to make sure I had everything I needed — from water to coffee. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being welcomed into someone’s home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city — whether for work or leisure.

The Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice too. Freshly cooked omelet. Nice size room for perhaps one person. Can accommodate 2 carryons. Room size is not that big but for the price, it is very good value. Location is very nice, with easy access to Metro

All services were excellent. The only thing guests should be aware of is that this hotel is at the bottom of a rather steep hill so best to take a car service from and to the Airport so you will be dropped off at the front door of the hotel/airport. It would be tricky to lug the luggage down the steep hill. I booked my car service through Booking.com and it was reasonably priced. About 25 euros for a 45 min ride.

This is a good budget hotel for its price. It’s located in a quiet alley, not far from Taksim Metro Station and Istiklal Street, making it a convenient choice for exploring the city. However, I’d recommend checking the surrounding streets on Google Maps before booking to assess your comfort level - the hotel is situated on a slope, so no matter which direction you're coming from, you'll have to walk either uphill or downhill. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help.

the hotel is situated on a slope so if you got a lot luggages might want to re consider. But Istanbul is full of uphill and slopes, so come and experience it!

The breakfast was great. Also, there was a lady that would make your omelette for you. The balcony was cute and I had a view of Bosporus River. The room was clean and I liked the shower. The front desk people were very nice, specially Murat. He helped me a lot to find places to eat and booked a hair appointment with me. Anytime I asked for extra towels or shampoo, they offered to me with a smile. The location was right in front of supermarket with fresh fruits. It was very close to Taksim like 3 mins walking and near lot of places to eat. And walking distance from alcohol store.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to start the day right. I would especially like to thank Mr. Mehmet at the reception – he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He made check-in smooth and provided great recommendations .

The hotel staff were very nice and friendly, Mr. Osman, Mr. Haroon and Mr. Mehmet, the receptionists were wonderful! They were there for anything we needed. Very polite, nice, friendly and helpful. I had surgery and couldn't walk properly, they helped me with everything I needed. The breakfast was very good. The kind and friendly lady who worked in the kitchen cooked delicious food for breakfast every day. Even the lady in charge of cleaning the rooms was very kind and well behaved. The location of the hotel was amazing, the price was very reasonable and I will definitely return to this hotel again.

Sometimes, when we were sitting in front of the hotel area, we could smell a bad smell, which I think was related to the historical monument near the hotel, which had an annoying smell of humidity.

The place is located right in the middle of Taksim Square. It is very convenient for any time of stay you are aiming for. It is cosy and the staff is friendly. The room was nice; it fit our bags and allowed us to move around. We came in super early in the morning like 8:30 am so we could not check in but they stored our bags and we checked in around 12. Def. a value-for-money hotel

There is this slope right beside the hotel which is extremely difficult. So I would not recommend going there with big/ heavy luggage. Also, the air conditioner made some funny noises at night, even though it was closed. So it gave us a bit of a scare but it stopped a few moments later.
