I really like all staff r amazing İlyas who used to give us information about using metro, Yacim from restaurant was super amazing how she handled guests, as well her team in restaurant was all amazing. Umran was very kind he transferred us for bigger room and gave us late check up with Mert manager who was supporting. This hotel was very good close to everything, I extend staying coz of staff I mentioned I rate them 10/10 very very supportive

Cleaning in the rooms was not good at all, I stayed 6 nights but I had to request housekeeping to change my bedsheets, if I don’t request they will leave same bedsheets, housekeeping really need training

Location is very good Staff are so welcoming especially Burak, Mjcahit, Ilyas and Umran The restaurant is so good with too many varieties, the staff are so lovely and welcoming especially Hisim and Mohamed, the chef is so professional and they are capable to offer you whatever you want even if it’s not on the buffet. I love this hotel and I will definitely repeat my experience here

I recently stayed at CVK Taksim Hotel Istanbul, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Taksim Square, making it super easy to explore the city’s attractions, restaurants, and shops. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful. I stayed in a family deluxe room, and the view of the city was breathtaking! The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with comfortable bedding, and all the amenities I needed. Bellhop, house keeping are all very kind. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast—an amazing variety of delicious options! Stuff and the service was impeccable, and the ambiance was perfect for a relaxed morning. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I enjoyed a lot at (CVK Taksim) hotel. It is an elegant and safe hotel with an excellent location in the center of Taksim Square. Most importantly, the reception staff are wonderful and deal with politeness, smile and care, and their service is very wonderful and fast. All the hotel staff make you feel important and provide you with everything you need. The rooms are clean and beautiful, and everything is available. The view of the room was on the beautiful Taksim Street, and my wife enjoyed the view of the mosque and the pleasant movement of people. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the service was fast and elegant. I have been in love with this hotel for 7 years, and I will live in it every year, God willing. Ismail Alshatti - kuwait

Price little high

The location is more than perfect , Staff Umut was what kept me happier during my stay and he was really cool, cheerf, optimistic, always providing help and guidance.free breakfast buffet was really delicious and simple, cheff and waitresses was nice, over all satay was decent. as for the location it was on the spot near taksim square. if you like to walk around like me it's the best place for you, also the street in front of the hotel is full of taxis and of course you can use taxi applications for a little less fraud.

The breakfast timing wasn't good for me since I return at night and can't wake between 8-11. the bathroom was small compared to others, at friday the morning was busy and a little bit noisy.

The hotel's location is directly on Taksim and Istiklal Street Thank you to my brother, for the help and for providing the service in an excellent manner, the utmost respect and treatment. Thank you and I will stay again for your good treatment. (Imran )

My stay was very memorable I had an issue with my room and Mr mert was very helpful and assisted me which made my stay very confortable The reception staff Bilal and umut are vey nice and always assisting in the restaurant umran and yesmin also were welcoming everyone with big smile and I tried the spa laila made my first Turkish hammam experience very relaxing and enjoyable I really enjoyed my stay and felt sad when leaving the hotel ☹️
