My stay at CVK Taksim Hotel was absolutely fantastic, and a big part of that was thanks to Emran at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Emran made me feel welcome and taken care of. He was incredibly professional, kind, and always ready to help – whether it was with local recommendations, booking transportation, or just making sure everything in my room was perfect. His positive energy and dedication truly elevated my experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and in an unbeatable location right by Taksim Square. But it's the personal touch from staff like Emran and Muchait Umut and Mazhar that makes this place stand out. Thank you, Emran, for making my visit so memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back! My parents had an excellent stay at CVK Taksim Hotel Istanbul! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Taksim, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff were truly wonderful—welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with beautiful views and modern amenities. Overall, I highly recommend CVK Taksim for anyone visiting Istanbul. I really like all staff r amazing İlyas who used to give us information about using metro, Yacim from restaurant was super amazing how she handled guests, as well her team in restaurant was all amazing. Umran was very kind he transferred us for bigger room and gave us late check up with Mert manager who was supporting. This hotel was very good close to everything, I extend staying coz of staff I mentioned I rate them 10/10 very very supportive

Cleaning in the rooms was not good at all, I stayed 6 nights but I had to request housekeeping to change my bedsheets, if I don’t request they will leave same bedsheets, housekeeping really need training

I am pleased that hotel is located very near to the market and Istaklal street. The hotel staff specially mr ilyas and mr umut were helpful and whenever i needed them they were present. They humbleness is well appreciated by me. In addition they used to offer me cookies and pie daily that i appreciate. Ilayda at reception also helped me in my booking and seat conformation and she is very polite and good person. The ambiance of the hotel is awesome. Room clean is excellent. Its a must visit hotel i must recommend. Rooms have space. You must go and visit the spa also it has many packages and discounts for you. Regards to all the hotel team.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Staff are highly professional with good English language skills. Imran at the reception sorted out my issues promptly consistently and heart fully. Thank you Imran. He is very professional and intelligent. Rooms are clean and modern. The cleaning lady Jamile is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel which is at the heart of Istanbul Taksim, with access to all transport means.

the location was very good. staff was ok.

i travel a lot, but CVK Taksim was the only hotel which charged me for storing my luggage. i check in from 18th june - 20th june after which i went to bursa. i requested the staff to store my luggage for 2 days as i again was going to stay in CVK from 22nd to 24th June. surprisingly they refused & said that they dont have space. upon insisting the agreed to keep the luggage but for a charge ( it cost me 2,000 LIRA for 4 bags for 2 days ). never experienced this before.

The location was perfect- in Taksim square and just in front of the famous Istiklal street-. The staff were so friendly and helpful from the reception (Mr. Umut and Umran) to the cleaning staff and the restaurant staff also(Ozlem and Melissa) . The food in the restaurant was excellent and the view from the Terrace up is just perfect in the morning 👌🏼

The room was not that spacious (specially that we were three and my daughter’s crib took a large space in the room)

Location is very good Staff are so welcoming especially Burak, Mjcahit, Ilyas and Umran The restaurant is so good with too many varieties, the staff are so lovely and welcoming especially Hisim and Mohamed, the chef is so professional and they are capable to offer you whatever you want even if it’s not on the buffet. I love this hotel and I will definitely repeat my experience here
