Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good, with a variety. The room was very clean and towels were changed whenever you wanted. The room was just like the photos. The location, on Taxim square, was great, with easy access to buses, metro, restaurants, cafes and plenty of shops.

Our room was on the 2nd floor and there was a noise from the hotel's air-conditions, that were right outside. In the night it was a bit annoying. We asked for another room, but they said there wasn't one available.

The location is where any tourist would like to be, it’s a perfect base if you plan to see all tourist attractions. Exceptional transport link to all directions, it’s 3-5 minute walk to the metro and bus stations. The staff especially their manager Mr Volkan is highly responsive to our requests, offered us options for the room type that we prefer, he speaks fluent English and it’s obvious that he knows his job very very well, making their guests happy. The receptionist are very welcoming, it’s a shame that I couldn’t remember their names, they made us feel comfortable from day 1. When I called them that I needed the room to be warmer, they rushed to our room and gave us a portable heater that perfectly functioned well. There was an older gentleman who cleans up our room daily and he acts very friendly and hardworking! About the breakfast, they have everything that you wished for a hearty breakfast to start your day, I mean it’s Turkish style breakfast with a lot of options for proteins and carbohydrates that you require in a day. I really really like their breakfast and it’s a bonus that it’s on the rooftop with views of the Bosphorus on one side and Taksim square on the other side. In general, we did not have any negative experience and we are looking forward to use same hotel on our next holiday to Istanbul, we’ve visited Istanbul for the 17th time now so I know what I’m talking when I say this hotel is undoubtedly a very good option !

This experience was, first and foremost, an outstanding example of Turkish hospitality at its finest. A special thanks to the hotel staff, Osman and Toprak, for their warm and professional service. As for the hotel – the location is absolutely perfect, right on Taksim Square, making it extremely convenient. We had a breathtaking sea view from our room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes and preferences. The hotel room was comfortable and impeccably clean. The bed was soft and cozy, while the bathroom was well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities

I didn't get to stay long enough—I would have loved to extend my visit at that hotel ! ^^ I will be back ^^

The property is has a perfect location! Staff there are so friendly and approachable. I enjoyed my stay with my family. They took an excellent care of us . I really appreciate the personalized service and they remember me by name . They offer free breakfast delicious cheese selections and spreads and daily cooked shakshouka and selections of variety food that change every day. First day we wanted to go to bed and the quilts were dirty. And also it had black hair on it. That was the only thing that upset us. We asked from the reception to change them but the lady who came didn’t speak english and she just shake them and she gave them back to us like clear.. generall in Turkey they don’t speak English.

While our stay at Taxim Hill Hotel was enjoyable overall, we encountered issues with the WiFi network, especially on the 7th floor, which could be improved. Additionally, diversifying the breakfast options would enhance the overall experience for guests.

The property was amazing the location was very local to all the sight seeing in Istanbul. The staff was soo friendly especially Osman and Mizyal they were welcoming, and If we had any problems they dealt with it quickly! All the housekeeping staff was also very friendly

Unfortunately it was a little unclean to start with rooms need revamping as it’s a little old. But other than that everything was perfect.

I really liked the hotel. The staff is very polite, the guys at the reception Topyrak and Yassy were always ready to help. The room was great, and the view of the square was great. Istiklal street with lots of shops and beautiful views is a minute walk away. The breakfast was varied, everything was very tasty, and the view of the Bosphorus was especially pleasing - an ideal picture for breakfast. I definitely recommend it for a stay in Istanbul.
