2 out of 3 receptionists of this hotel, Mr Mert Yener and Mr Mansour were amongst the top 5 receptionists we have ever met in our many travels. The made us feel safe and secure, tended to our travelling needs and were exceptionally kind. They responded to a request at 3.30'am(!) and arranged for an early check in, which we needed after a 12 hour travel. We adored the cleanliness. It was spotless. The towels were changed every day. The room was great and spacious and bright, with a great view! We liked the location. The hotel is situated at the safest side of Taxim.

As a person that i have been so many times in Istanbul, this hotel is an exelent choise every time: location at 2 minutes from Taksim but in a very safty, green and quaite area. The most important i apreciate always the cleanliness ( and i can compare i a positive way whit other hotels in the Taksim area that i have tried). In addision, as usually, Mr Mansur from desk front give me good information and advise about istanbul in a excelent english in a calm and polite way that make me feel like home ( he is always help me whit the big laggages that i come in ist :)

A fabulous and integrated boutique hotel, that has all you need as a traveler. A very safe a clean hotel, they have a cleaning service every day and the the staff from.front desk ( Mansur) very polite and helpful every time. Reception is open from 9 to 5 PM, after 5 PM you will enter whit a code for the front door. The location is more then perfect, close to German Consulate, Istiklal Street and Taksim square( 1 minute walk) and around are all that you need as a turist: restaurants ( and also a shop for groceries), taxi and metro station.

Spacious room, clean apartment, well stocked with water, nice design, comfortable bed and nice view outside with privacy. Great and friendly reception ( forgot his name). He's attentive and extremely friendly

Put my don't disturb sign outside the door however the cleaner came into my room anyway while I was outside. Guest privacy should be respected.

This hotel is located inside nice and perfectly refurbished very stylish house with charm and character. Our were spotless clean. Perfect housekeeping, daily complimentary water bottles.. Especially to mention to friendly and effective communication before our arrival about how to get the keys and the Wi-Fi code. In the five minute walk from the hotel, you have bakeries, cafes And the full urban life of Istanbul.

The hotel's location is unbeatable – just a ten-minute walk from the airport shuttle. The staff at the front desk were genuinely friendly and accommodating (actually, everyone here is incredibly welcoming), responding promptly to all our requests. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. All in all, it's a fantastic value for the price, and I'll definitely choose it again on my next trip to Istanbul.

The hotel is located in a quiet corner with easy access to restaurants, shops, etc. It is very near to Istiklal shopping street, about 5 mins walk there from the hotel. It is very ideal for people who are looking for activities at night (dining and shopping). The staff is friendly and very helpful. We had a very pleasant stay here and would come back to stay again if we are in Taksim Square.

We enjoyed our stay in Taksim 15 Suites by Stay Lab, It was clean and tidy, bathroom and shower was spotless and they provide high quality shower supply. Great location, just few minutes walk to Taksim Square. And The most important part was Friendly and super helpful staff, “Haniyeh” was absolutely amazing, She made sure we had all we needed to have a comfortable stay. She was responsive and polite. Thank you and Hopefully see you guys again.

Excellent location, central but hidden from the hustle and bustle of Taksim Square. Clean and in an old classic building, the stairs and handrails are art in themselves, and the accommodation is perfect value for money. I thank Mr. Mansour for his excellent treatment and very good manners
