Street is very hilly. In case you have small kids or walking difficulties - it will be problematic

Whole facility was sufficient to have a great stay at the hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean.Reception are the top notch guys, very professional and happy to help you with any problems you have during your holiday. Excellent spoken english too. Hotel restaurant is realy well arranged and food provided exceeded my expectations. Variety of foods at the breakfast will satisfy everyone and is till 11am. Price of a room is also big positive aspect. On the 6th floor you have club/restaurant place where you can spend nice time in very safe environment (evening).I travel a lot and will not hesitate to book a room with them again. What i didn't like? It's really hard to find anything. But to feel the section could say as room service was too keen to clean my room :)once or twice during 14 days stay.

.First of all Hotel management was so cooperative and helpful... They upgraded our rooms from single room to double rooms for free of charge... Secondly location was close to taskim and view was beautiful..hotel was neat and clean with housekeeping service on daily basis... The most important thing was hospitality Nd friendly nature of staff ( Especially BATUHAN and Noorullah)... We felt like at home away from home...definitely 10 stars... Highly recommended for stay again....

Good emplacement, close to Taksim Square and to the pier.

Booking.com has to make clear to the receptionists of hotel, that the price includes all taxes, because also on arrival and on departure they asked it. After that I told that all taxes included in the price, they accepted it and did not force to pay again.

During our stay at this hotel, we enjoyed a very pleasant experience. Employees are pleasant and friendly, including Jacob, Ali, Nooruddin and Batuhan, who became a close friend of mine. He helped me a lot and meant a lot to me, although it was not necessary for him to do. They will make arrangements for you whatever you request. If I ever choose this hotel again, it will only be for Batuhan. The location is superb, as it is just steps from the bus stop and the metro. It provided excellent service in comparison to three star hotels. All in all, I recommend you choose this hotel without hesitation. My rating is 9 out of 10.

Perfect location and the great Bosphorus view! Thanks to the friendly staff, my stay was pleasant and nice. Very good breakfast included. Everythind in the room is not new but very clean.

Old and a bit damaged bathtube. Not a big problem but would be great if you fix such problems.

The location of the hotel is 8-10 minutes walking distance from the Taksim square and about 5 minutes walk to the tram stop and the ferry port. The whole staff of the hotel is very helpful, the personal of the reception helped us in any cases. The breakfast is copious however almost the same every morning.

It would be good to have glasses in the rooms instead of the paper cups. In our first room the electric connectors were not in the best condition and in the second room the water ran from the closing tap of the bidet. Near the hotel there is a school which has a loud and long calling signal. On this way the waking up at 8 o'clock was guaranteed.

The personnel at the reception were very friendly and helpful İt was close to to kabataş and taksim just by foot

The bed in the room in the first night was so bad but after complaining to the personnel, they changed the room next day Thanks Over all they were great

The hotel is great and this is the second time I book it and I will book it in the future. It is the only destination in Istanbul. Value for money. The location is close to Kabaş station, as well as Taksim. The receptionist his name batuhan is very helpful and friendly to the max.
