The apartment is big and excellent and the staff are above all expectations: welcoming, friendly and professional. They offered transfer right after booking and before check out, were very helpful with all my questions. The street is very quiet and the blackout curtains cover the windows properly. The kitchen is fully equipped and there's even oil and salt if you decide to cook. The climate control works perfectly and the warm floor is very nice. I loved the bed and the linen. Will definitely stay again.

First of the the staffs there was amazing! Dont remember the name, but there is a female staff who is super friendly. Also they have this really cool feature where you can scan into a portal where you can order groceries and other needs.

The hotel next door was partying so it does get noisy in the evening..

Price-quality ratio was fantastic. Spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms and all the amenities needed, distance from everything is 15-20min by car which was important to us as we were going all over the city. By foot Bosphorus is 5min away. Upon arrival the receptionist welcomed me and helped me with my staff, btw they are open 24/7. They go to the supermarket for you If needed. They were amazing to us. Apartment was clean and comfortable, but I wasn’t impressed by the mattress. Nevertheless, we did enjoy our staying here. Taxi would always find us easily. The most important to me - very quiet. Only sometimes you can hear the water running through the pipes but in general - very quiet. I would book again.

A bit annoying when the water in the shower kept losing the pressure and went to cold to hot in few seconds.

Apartment is clean and value for money. Location is good in a quite place with a supermarket close by. Fully secured place with good staff.

Cleaning us the major issue specially if you are staying with kinds. I was paying almost every day to clean the apartment.

Towels not so clean , and kinda old , for the money we payed i expect better. No slippers in the room.

I had an excellent stay. The accommodation is functional, comfortable and of a high standard, and above all I stayed in a flat with an incredible view of the bosphorus. It was superb to be able to have coffee in the morning with this view. I also love the area, which is international and cool. There are lots of good restaurants in the area and bars with amazing rooftops.

The place is very convenient .. Very well furnished. Everything is very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. I would definitely come again. It is furnished and prepared to make you feel at home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We initially booked a city-view apartment, but the manager kindly upgraded us to a beautiful Bosphorus-view apartment, where we stayed for about 11 days. The apartment was stunning, with lovely decor, and everything was just perfect. The reception and services were available 24/7, ensuring we had all we needed. On our last day, I had a personal issue with a taxi driver, and the manager stepped in promptly to resolve it with great professionalism. The reception staff were also fantastic and very accommodating. They even received some shopping deliveries on our behalf and kept them safe for us. My sisters and mother loved the place; it was safe and conveniently located near all the areas we wanted to visit. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and memorable experience.
