I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must express my utmost satisfaction with the entire experience. From the moment of arrival, the stay surpassed all expectations. The location of the hotel is nothing short of perfect, offering both convenience and a delightful atmosphere. Whether it was exploring the nearby attractions or enjoying the local ambiance, the hotel's location truly enhanced the overall experience. The room exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. It was impeccably maintained, creating a welcoming environment that added to the joy of our stay. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and we felt truly at home throughout our time at the hotel. However, what truly set this stay apart was the exceptional staff. The team was not only professional but also incredibly positive and helpful. Their genuine warmth and eagerness to assist made our stay memorable. Every encounter with the staff left us with a smile, creating an atmosphere that resonated with genuine hospitality. In summary, our stay at the hotel was nothing short of amazing. It is rare to find a combination of such a perfect location, pristine accommodations, and a team of staff so dedicated to ensuring a positive guest experience. Staff were friendly, gracious, and professional. Hospitality showed; during check-in, we were invited to tea on the restaurant balcony while our room was being prepared. Comfortable bed. Free valet parking. High-floor rooms are spacious and have lovely views.

The Garden View room is tight and its “view” is to a wall over a sunken courtyard (when we requested upgrade options, one of the receptionists warmly offered a complimentary upgrade to next class of room, which was larger and had a real view). The bathrooms are tight. No in-room coffee pod machine; instant coffee provided instead. The hotel provides only one complimentary bottle of water per day. The breakfast buffet wasn’t enticing.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly pleasant experience. The property is exceptionally cozy and immaculately clean, with no unpleasant odors in the rooms. Everything was well-maintained and perfect throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. Their English proficiency made communication easy and smooth, and they were consistently attentive to our needs. The food served at the hotel was also of great quality, adding to the overall positive experience. Moreover, the location is ideal—just a few minutes’ walk from several popular tourist attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The location is great, walking distance to Taksim Square and the busy shopping street of Istiklal with tons of shopping and restaurants. Our room had a great view of the Bosphorus. Room was spacious, clean, well maintained and stylishly designed. I appreciate the helpful and friendly staff. The beds were comfortable and love the strength of the air conditioning since it was hot and humid when we were in Istanbul. We only stayed one night to make our connecting flight back home to the United States, but our short stay just means next year we are planning on exploring and staying longer in Turkey to learn and enjoy more for what the country has to offer.

very convenient location close to Taksim square. I also discovered it's a pleasant and scenic walk to Nisantisi. walking distance from so many spots - loved the convenience. Helpful staff - no request was too much eg iron or requesting milk to make coffee at 430am before an early flight. appreciated these touches . gym was pretty good and had what I needed. appreciated these facilities. my room had a lovely view of the Bosporus, perfect for sunrises :(

spa staff forgot to book my appointment so worth double confirming on the day. also there was a concert on next door for two of my three nights there (until 10pm or so). the hotel were given late notice and hadn't mentioned - slight disturbance to my sleep. Otherwise couldn't fault it and would stay again

We had a wonderful time at the Gezi Hotel. Very modern and clean facilities. Breakfast was delicious with a big variety of food. The Hotel is walking distance to Taksim square and Istiklal Street about 5 min walk. They have spa and a fitness center. Our room was clean cozy and comfortable and has a beautiful view of the Bosforus. But the best part besides the service is the proximity to all the fun place without the street noise and parties🩶. The staff is amazing really caring and helpful people. Specially Jerry and Halil at the reception always helping us with everything we need. We will definitely be back. Thank you guys! We looking forward to our next stay in Gezi Hotel.

Great location and amazing view. Definitely go for the Bosphorus view room as it is breathtaking and we could just spend time sitting in the room and enjoying the view. Staff super friendly, location is great as you can cover some of the main sights within a 30 minute walking distance. We didn't have breakfast included so can't comment ourselves but our friends did mention that this is something that could have a bit more variety.

We struggled to connect our phone and ipad to the TV which is something that could be improved so people can watch what they want as TV channels were not really relevant for us. But that's minor

High end hotel overlooking the Bosphorus and next to the Taksim square. We had a very spacious room on the 8th floor with great views, a king size bed and a bathroom tiled with real marble. Parking at the hotel, behind closed gates. Good breakfast in a trendy urban setup.

We arrived by car on May 1st without knowing in advance that the Taksim square and the Gezi Park in front of the hotel had been fully looked by the police, to prevent crowd protest. It was impossible to access the hotel by car and we had to walk uphill for 1 km by foot with our heavy luggage to get to the hotel, navigating between the different police checkpoints. This was hell ! We know that the hotel couldn't do anything about it, but at least they could have informed us by email or WhatsApp that it was impossible to get to them by car on that day. So be careful if you want to access this area on May 1st, as it is fully looked that day.

The location was awesome. It was just a short walk from a lot of cool places, and there was a beautiful and quiet park right across the street. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Room service was super fast, and they always answered the phone right away. I also loved the outdoor seating area.

The room was rather small. The bathroom amenities did not meet the standards expected of a five-star establishment. Additionally, the coffee corner was not replenished with complimentary essentials after each room refresh. The bed was comfortable, however, the pillow could have been more comfortable. Additionally, the air conditioning was directed towards the bed, which made it difficult to sleep. The room rate exceeded my expectations based on the quality of the accommodations provided. Overall, the hotel's facilities fell short of my previous experiences with five-star hotels.
