The staff was very good and courteous. Kram at the front desk was extremely helpful - we had an early morning flight and he allowed us to checkin early and also upgraded our rooms. Also, the location is very convenient - right adjacent to Taxim with a short walk to Istiklal street, the metro station, bus stations and funicular.

The breakfast was very basic. The room was a little dimly lit and could do with more lighting. Also, the amenities were a little outdated. The room did not have proper soundproofing and noise from outside was easily heard despite the window and balcony door being closed. However, the neighborhood was quiet at night (there werent any bars or pubs next to the hotel) so it didnt bother us while sleeping at night.

The staff was amazing and special thanks to all of them for the amazing job and I wish I have thier names in my brain but (Yadir and Emrah) what I remember. They are very helpful, welcoming and they speak good English which made our life easy. The location is Taksim which was fantastic as it is just 3 minutes walk from the airport bus stop and 5 minutes walk to the metro station.

The fridge in one of the rooms wasn't working properly but we didn't really need to report it to them because we had 2 connected rooms and the other one was cooling perfectly,.

This is my third time staying at the central palace, the location is exceptional 5 mins walking to the Taksim square which is one of the main landmarks in Istanbul. It’s also few minutes walking from the Airport bus service “Havaist”. The team speaks very good english and can easily communicate with you in it. Breakfast is tasty but lacks the variety they used to have previously.

It’s always a good to be back to The central palace, but this time i was a bit disappointed as the rooms weren’t renovated since my last visit few years back. The interior is nice yet I believe the toilets mainly needs to be renovated in order for the hotel to maintain the quality.

Other than being located near taksim square and close to all the main attractions, The Central Palace Taksim has many great merits as my family and I had a wonderful experience there. The service is perfect, we were assisted by Karam and Imran who were both very helpful and spoke perfect english even some arabic as well, Karam did a perfect job in upgrading our room to a room with a beautiful view and luxurious decor and furniture, and was friendly the whole time, helping us with any thing we needed. I HIGHLY recommend visiting this place. I can't forget to mention how beautiful the interior design is in this hotel, it is beautiful with an antique vibe, as shown in the photos below.

The rooms are big and clean. The entire staff is very friendly, and they are there to help you with what you need. The location is great, near the Taksim Square, which is connected to everything in Istanbul.

The breakfast is good, but it is the same every day. Also, the coffee machine is not the best one, so you can't choose a variety of coffees. For a continental person, the coffee taste might be different.

Amazing location nearby to Taksim Square. Perfect cleaning , polite and kind staff especially Emre and Çağlar. They helped us with keeping our luggage for two hours after check out and they also took care of our car until we came back. (Free parking) . Breakfast was great. We will come back for sure ! THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT AS IT WAS VERY CLOSE TO THE TAKSIM SQUARE THE BREAKFAST WAS A TREAT WITH SO MANY OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE & COMFORTABLE WITH EXCELLENT STAFF DEFINITELY SHALL RECOMEND THE HOTEL TO ALL MY FRIENDS & RELATIVES

Close proximity to Taksim Square and metro line made the city and tourist attractions easily accessible. We got a room upgrade to a junior suite on check in as a family of 3 which was a lovely surprise. This suite was extremely spacious and spotless.

Breakfast wasn’t great. Would have liked more choice.

Location is great. Just 2 min walking to taksim square and metro and 5 min to istiklal St. There are lots of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. Staff was very helpful and hospitable. We booked a deluxe room but they gave us a big suite. Much appreciated!

Everything was good but breakfast could be better compared to other 4 stars hotel in taksim square.

I like this hotel very much ... place was marvellous ... staff was helpful and smart, especially Emre and kadir ... I am strongly recommending it if you want a good quiet place for your stay !!

Brakefast experience needs more enhancements, no reguler tea in the room only coffee
