Location is perfect, Taksim view from window, and hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are big, clean and have all amanities that you need. Good place to stay in 😊

It was not big problem for us, but rooms are old fashioned, but really clean and comfortable.

Everything was great. I have often stayed at this hotel; but this is the first time since the pandemic. I want to say that everything is very good here, you feel at home. All staff are ready to help at any moment. Cleanliness and comfort are the special features of this hotel. My thanks to Ms. Yesther and Mr. Gokan, and especially grateful to Mr. Karem for his professionalism, friendliness and hospitality. See you at the end of October.

The location is exceptional. Very clean and tidy hotel. The staff is amazing especially brother Kerem. He is a great man, honest, straightforward and sincere person. He is very respectful. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you very much dear brother Kerem. You made our stay amazing. Sure it is the hotel I will choose when I go back to the very beautiful Istanbul.

All the staff were great (gokhan and the lady serving breakfast). The rooms were very clean, the location was great it was close to the metro and bus station. The breakfast was delicious. (Thank you for the amazing special request.) Wifi and AC were working very well. It was a great stay, we had a lovely time! We will definitely be back.

Clean hotel within a walking distance from istiklal ave. Staff are professional but need to be more friendly with kind of a smile when talking to customers.

Breakfast is basic but ok. Hotel lacks a restaurant or a cafe during the day.

First of all Mr. Kerem at reception desk is tge best receptionist I ever met. He is Kind,polite ,professional , knowledgeable with great communication skill . He organized tge room in the best way possible and always ready to help. Also another gentleman in night shift was great . The location was the best. All staff always available and ready to help . For sure I will back to this hotel in next trip.

I often stay at this hotel because I feel like I'm at home! Once again me thanks to Ms. Yesther and Mr. Gokan, and especially grateful to Mr. Karem for his professionalism, friendliness and hospitality.

Hotel is very clean as always, location is fantastic and I will always come back to same hotel because of staff always makes me feel home and safe, thank you :))

Breakfast was not offered but just tea coffee. General Manager (Dennis) spoke good English and resolved issue with an upgrade that was awesome!

Rest of the staff should know some English and Iron in the room would be helpful. Also, restaurant on site would be a big plus!
