We had an excellent stay at this hotel. We would like to warmly thank the entire team, especially ( MELEK, BERFIN, FIRAT and SERHAT) for their warm welcome that made us feel at home. A special thank you to MELEK and BIRFIN, who were exceptional. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, including helping us change rooms due to noise from our neighbors. They also helped my wife organize my birthday at the hotel, a gesture we greatly appreciated. Every time we had a request, MELEK and BIRFIN did not hesitate to do whatever was necessary to satisfy us. The hotel was very clean and true to the photos. We will definitely return!

Great location! 2 minute walk to Taksim Square and the shopping and great restaurants! Just off side street from square makes it quiet after the business of the main area. Felt very safe. Arrived three days early for meet up with tour and our luggage did not arrive with us, not the hotels fault but wanted to say how kind the front staff were to us, which was appreciated as we were very tired coming from Canada and frustrated- no luggage. We were to change rooms from our beautiful suite with balcony to standard room for the tour portion of our trips but they let us stay in our suite for two extra nights, at no extra cost ! that was so kind! The staff goes above and beyond for their guests. Thank you to all the front desk staff for making our stay special, they are great- stay here!!!!!!!!

I liked everything, the continental breakfast was very good with many many options

We had a pleasant stay at the Elite World Comfy Hotel in Istanbul. The breakfast buffet was very good, and we thoroughly enjoyed it every morning. The location is excellent if you like to be in the center of Taksim, with easy access to buses and taxis. The personnel, especially Roya, Firat, and Harun, were very friendly and offered excellent service. They made our stay more enjoyable with their helpfulness and hospitality. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend the Elite World Comfy Hotel for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Istanbul.

Had an incredible stay here at Elite world. We had exceptional service from Melek and Ruya Su and Firat. They went out of their way to organise a comfortable stay. We were looking for Turkish lamps and they organised a free lamp and a good contact to buy more. We also got free late checkout. The spa service was also exceptional with our first hammam experience with two Balinese masseuse who did an excellent job. We will definitely be back again.

The decor and bathroom facilities need to be updated slightly. There was mould in the bathroom. We had an issue with a bathroom but this was organised immediately

We are staying in Elite Word Comfy Istanbul for yet another holiday and we are more than happy! The staff - fromt desk manager Mr. Serhat, Mrs. Berfin and also Mr. Firat were very polite, very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. We received a great surprise from Mr. Serhat in addition and we had our holiday with a smile. The hotel is in the best location just meters away from Taksim Square and we haven't used our car at all. Very clean, very comfortable, the pool is great, restarant offers good food. Everyone is nice and smiling here and really happy to welcome you. A big thank you from us and see you soon again!

Not a single thing

Great location, friendly staff, very spacious room. The staff were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and they helped with a late check out as we had a flight later in the day.

I booked a non smoking room, but on two nights the smell of cigarettes at night was choking. Probably from a smoking room nearby. The pool and turkish bath opened at 2pm. Wish it was earlier.

The whole experience was good. Excellent location such that its hardly a 5 min straight walk to Taksim Square. Good breakfast buffet, loved the honey comb, it was unique. Very accommodating and helpful staff, kept our luggage safe while we were away for 4 days to Antalya.

Only that the breakfast didn't offer omelet station with live cooking but the staff was helpful and get you freshly cooked stuff as per your requirements. There's no muslim shower in the bathrooms. Swimming pool has strict policy to wear swimming costumes and cap for all ages

Great staff, Kaan and Berfin took good care for us, the location is excelent, 5 minutes walk to Isticlar street an Taksim square, metro and other transport means. The breakfast was good, continental, with options for everybody. Also, they have parking.

The cleaning staff were knoking at the door at 8 o'clock in the morning, not so great. The furniture little bit old and overall, the room needs a make up, but the location worths everything! Poor lighting.

The hotel is great and located minutes away from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, the rooms are clean, the internet is good, the breakfast is delicious and the hotel staff is helpful and professional.

Access to the pool is not always available, especially for those who travel for work and leave the hotel in the morning and return late.

Very good location and easy to get to shops, restaurants, airport bus and public transport. Facilities and rooms good and everything clean, good breakfast, fresh and with a big variety of choices. Hotel staff very helpful and happy to assist with queries.
