Staff very attractive. Always helped with any issues. Very kind. On the departure date made separate individual breakfast before working hours as we were late for the flight. Boss of the hotel very hospitable, played backgammon and paid attention to each guest welcoming himself. WiFi good working, very tasty and nice breakfast

Room was not very good cleaned up. In the fridge was some staff from previous guests.

The location is excellent, just steps away from the metro station and Havabus (airport bus) station, which made getting around very convenient. The room was clean, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Issa and Ismail. Markets, pharmacies, restaurants and exchange offices are all around . While the breakfast options were limited, they were sufficient for my needs. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

The double bed is kind of small and the mattress was not comfortable. Doors handles should be checked.

Central location, great variety of breakfast, quality room with attention to cleanliness. Never keeping you waiting during check-in and their treats are, in one word, wonderful! Close to public transport (Metro/Bus) Breakfast was OK for the price ; can't complain about that!

Rooms very small, doesn't look like pictures advertised. Hotel seems old & outdated. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner (wipe down faucets/sinks etc) Beds uncomfortable, literally had a sink on all the beds. A/C barely worked, it was about 14°C outside so thankfully it wasn't that warm. No extra pillows given. Outside noise came in a lot from Taksim Square.. Not so sure about soundproofing walls. Overall for the price we paid (got it on a getaway deal, you can't complain but if it was a regular price I'd look somewhere else for comfort)
