Staying at th World Elite Istanbul Takzim Hotel hasta been trully a wonderful experience. The attention to detail and level of service were excellent. Breakfast was delicious every morning, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. A very special thank you goes to Feride, in charge of Guest Relations, whose friendly smile and constant willingness to assist made us feel so welcome. Her warmth and dedication went above and beyond. We also want to thank Elif Arikan at reception, who greeted us with a big smile and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. To our surprise and delight, the staff had taken note of our mention that we've been friends for over 30 years. We were touched to fi d a beautiful message in our room acknowledging our long friendship, along with a lovely arrangement of delicious nuts, cookies, dried fruit and much more. It was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture. There are no words to fully express our gratitude for all their kindness.

Room was comfortable breakfast variety good, Pool was nice. Ladies at the SPA and Pool area were the only ones actually that had smiles on their faces and made you feel welcome.

The staff all look like they hate their jobs. All look depressed very seldom if ever saw one of them smiling. Especially at breakfast. I know we are not all morning people but at least you are working in the service industry at least act in such a way that you do not make your guests feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. The housekeeping could at least after 4 days dust the room down a bit especially on longer stay guests and not just rush through in 2 min Wifi was not stable

Most of the things were goods like location and the room. the staff were so nice.

the breakfast wse not as good as other things and water in the rooms for 2 pepole were not enough.

Excellent Stay – Outstanding Staff and Exceptional Breakfast I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and respectful, making us feel welcomed and valued as guests. I would like to give a special mention to Hengameh at the front desk, who consistently checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Her dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out and was very much appreciated. The hotel is located in Taksim, a historic neighborhood in Istanbul known for its older buildings. Compared to many of the surrounding buildings, this hotel is relatively newer — and even though it’s not brand new, it is well maintained. The building was clean, in good condition, and provided a comfortable environment throughout our stay. The quality of the breakfast was also outstanding — one of the best I’ve ever had during a hotel stay. There was a wide variety of options available, and the breakfast staff did an amazing job keeping everything well-stocked and clean. They were attentive in clearing tables promptly to make space for new guests, which made the entire experience feel smooth and comfortable. Our room was kept very clean throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job, changing the sheets and maintaining a very high standard of cleanliness every day. I would especially like to recognize Narges, who was responsible for cleaning the rooms on our floor. She was not only thorough and efficient but also very respectful and friendly. Overall, I appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff (especially Hengameh and Narges), and the exceptional quality of the breakfast. This hotel truly goes above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and happy. I would definitely recommend it to others and look forward to staying here again.

The hotel was clean, nice & spacious rooms with all what we needed for a comfortable stay, room cleaning service are very nice, and they do their job fast, we always found our room tidy after breakfast, the breakfast was rich and diverse and everything was delicious, the concierge was very nice and always asked us if we needed anything. We even received calls from the hotel asking if we needed anything and if everything was okey which never happened in other hotels I've been in. All in all we had a nice week in the hotel since the location was good and even though the hotel is located in taksim it was quite and we slept peacefully.

The rooms were so clean and organized. Starting from the time we arrived *Mr Aziz* give us huge welcoming as we felt at home. *Ms. Maryam* and her colleagues in the reception were so fast in attending our checkin and the concierge took us to our rooms During our stay *Mrs Kadr* took care of the rooms and keeping them so tidy and clean. Breakfast varieties always attracting and marvelous The taste was amazing and the service team in the lounge are so kind with big smile on their faces. And the spa is a great place to go to every day after an exhausting shopping and site seeing day … cold water shower .. 15min sauna ,, cold shower again ,, 15min steam ,, cold shower again and a dip in the swimming pool will make you fresh again … thank you *Ms. Cidar* for leading the refreshing routine. At the end of the trip, *Ms. Hengame* facilitated our checkout with *Ms. Maryam* Thank you for giving this wonderful experience

The room generally corresponded to the description on Booking. The bathroom is quite spacious and comfortable, there was both a shower and a bath. Hot water without any interruptions. The Wi-Fi speed is good enough for audio calls, but it is not for video conferences (always lagging). The location is wonderful, in the thick of things.

Monotonous (= the same) breakfasts every day. No fresh juices (for 5* somehow not normal in my opinion). The coffee is disgusting. The rooms are old, the furniture is shabby. The windows are dirty, with dirty spots seen during the daytime, at night it is not noticeable :) Hotel considers that one large bed is nothing more than two single beds joined together (CRAP!) with an abyss between. In general, the hotel has something to improve.

This was our second stay at World Elite Istanbul Taksim, and it was just as great as the first time. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. This time, we were greeted at reception by **Elif Tek**, who was very nice and helpful. It was a great start to our stay. **Feride** from Guest Relations once again went above and beyond to assist us—this time helping to fix some return flight information. She’s always eager to help and has a warm, genuine smile that makes you feel at home. **Yuksel** also stood out with his big smile and friendly attitude, helping us with our luggage and arranging a taxi. The team here truly makes a difference. Looking forward to our next visit!

During our family vacation with our two kids (ages 3 and 7), we enjoyed exploring different hotels close to the main attractions. This hotel, located just 5 minutes from Taksim Square, was incredibly convenient for us. The staff were amazing, especially Eilif and Arikan, who were exceptionally kind, welcoming, cooperative, and always cheerful. Overall, the entire team was warm, polite, and made us feel right at home. And the swimming pool was beautiful and well-maintained our kids absolutely loved spending time there.

Maybe add more variety on the breakfast options.

The location was excellent, very close to Taksim Square, with easy access to the subway and buses. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety.

The swimming pool was very cold. My kids used it only once, and the next day they all caught a cold. Although we reported this to the staff, they said it was their standard temperature. We also booked our departure taxi through the hotel, but unfortunately, the taxi was very small and the air conditioner was broken, which was quite uncomfortable given that we were travelling in the summer.
