**Hotel Review:** My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable, and I had a wonderful experience overall. The reception staff were exceptionally polite, professional, kind, and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Their hospitality added a special touch to my stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, and I was delighted to have a view of Taksim Square, which was a great bonus. All the facilities in the hotel were well-maintained and clean, meeting my expectations. The breakfast was great, with a good selection of items, though there is room for improvement in terms of variety. For example, options like omelets could be added to enhance the offering. That said, the breakfast was still sufficient for my needs, and I enjoyed it. In summary, I had a fantastic time at the hotel, and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I travel to Istanbul in the future. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Hotel has central heating and cooling system. It was not possible to change temperature levels for individual rooms. The room we got was extremely hot as all rooms were being heated and there was no way to decrease the temperature other than opening the window. The lock of the window was not working and it was not safe to open windows with kids on top floors. They changed the room next day and the temperature became bearable after opening the windows as window locks were functional in that room. They should make changes so that every guest can manage temperature in the rooms according to their liking and comfort.

I stayed at Urban Taksim hotel for two weeks and was blown away by the welcoming and helpful staff. The receptionists, in particular Oguzhan and Duray were so helpful and always with a smile. They assisted me during a challenging situation offering support and guidance when I needed it most. Highly recommend this place for its excellent service and warm atmosphere!

The only thing that could be annoying is the clubs outside of the hotel, you can hear the music at night.

Wifi and cleanliness. Manager was very cooperative and he arranged a car at a reasonable cost for our family drop at Istanbul airport

Breakfast was purely for Turkish people style. They should add something for sub continent people like Indian and Pakistani items for breakfast. Room service wasn’t good. Even for water bottles we called several times

Location was 5 minutes away to Taksim Square and to the pedestrian Istiklal Street. Very good breakfast. Reception and all staff very helpful.

The room was a bit tight. If the double bed was smaller more space would be available. The airconditioner could be better.a

First off all, they gave me the room before my check in time at 4:00 AM knowing that my check in starts at 12:00 o’clock The staff is very friendly and helpful The room was big, a kind of suite The towels odor is very sweet and they are clean Every day they do the cleaning and change the bed Very secure and comfortable

I had a great stay at the Avantgarde Hotel. My room was fantastic, The breakfast was great with a wide variety of choice , The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff treated me exceptionally well. I want to express my gratitude to Ms. Setare and Mr. Oguzhan, both of whom were very kind and sympathetic. I can’t wait to visit this hotel again in the future.

Everything was excellent. The service was great, cleanliness was good, and the location was convenient. Mehmet and ilhan was kind, perfect, and very helpful.

Location and hotel services were excellent. Staff were very helpful and courteous especially Mr. Selami Kurhan who granted us extra time during our check out. Breakfast spread was very good with a variety of items included. Dining hall was spacious with a good view.

The entrance to the hotel can be brighter with some extra lights/plants to create a good impression.
