Cleanliness & price. Hotel staff spoke excellent English and were incredibly courteous.

Towels were a bit dirty. Could have been better but the replacement towels were fine.

This is my second time staying at the same hotel.Everything was great overall as like the last time we have stayed here.The staff was amazingly helpful that they have helped me to take my heavy luggage to the upstairs. Recommend staying here to everyone..

The hotel is minutes away from Taksim Square. It was clean with great comfort (we opted with the one with the balcony ground floor) - staff was also very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely book with them again.

For the wifi you had to keep logging in for it to work. Otherwise, no issues at all.

Very good position to get to the Taksim square (5-7 min walk), a small but comfy room, with air conditioning, kettle and tea bags. Nice building. Can recommend.

Breakfast is served in the room, you have to call the reception when you are ready: one day it was served rapidly, another time I had to wait for more than 40 minutes.

The third time in this hotel. Love it! Got upgrade for the better room with garden and terrace. Close to the airport bus. Close to taxim. Best value.

The stuff was really helpful and great , the location is really good to close to taksim square , the neighborhood was great all is available 1-2 min . I did like the balcony as I was staying in 3 rd floor . The breakfast was good , they delivered to your room once you ask for it . Room is clean .

3-5 minutes walking distance from Taksim Square. Unless you have extreme demands that a boutique price-performance hotel cannot meet, it is very difficult to leave this hotel unsatisfied. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, they fulfill all your requests whenever you want. The hotel was clean enough. There is no noise pollution as a location. There is no buffet breakfast but they do offer a delicious breakfast tray served in the room.

Location of the hotel is perfect and close to the Taksim square, interior of the hotel is very warm and beautifully designed. Staff of the hotel was friendly and helpful especially dear Mustafa.

A little noise can be heard from the top floor

The service at the reception was very nice, contact, they always asked if the room needed to be cleaned. Very cozy place, excellent location, close to the subway, restaurants.
