The location is very convenient for havaist bus and public transport around the city. The hotel is small but really clean. They even had an elevator (a rare option for budget hotels in this area). Many towels, sleepers, cups, kettle - everything as described. AC worked perfectly and my room on the 4th floor facing the backyard was super quiet. The bed very comfortable and sheets clean. Will stay again

The room and bathroom are small for two big people and luggage. I was alone and felt comfortable.

We arrived late in the night and they helped us with the check in. Although there wasn’t anyone at the reception, the check in is seamless. The guy at the reception (didn’t get to ask for his name) also gave us good advice on our way around. It’s a bit walking distance to Taksim but it gives us a good chance to explore the area.

I can totally recommend staying here. The location is great, very quiet for Istanbul (my room was facing the backyard), close to metro Taksim(5min), clean + nice room, very comfortable beds, a fridge and even a kettle. The staff is very nice and helps you with whatever you need

The only thing is, that the english of some staff is very basic, so it might be more challening to get tipps for sightseeing. However, they are very eager to help you

My experience at the Ten Rooms Hotel was way and above my anticipated expectations. The rooms were very clean and tidy as was the entire premises and this standard was sustained throughout my stay there. Very special thanks to the ladies who kept the entire hotel totally clean and properly sanitized. The hotel's location is within very close proximity to a great variety of shops, numerous restaurants, pastry bistros, many different eating places, the metro and other public transportation, the famous Taksim Square and the ultra busy Istikal Street with the super active nightlife, in the rich historical Beyoglu District. Most importantly, the staff were extremely kind, polite, respectful, helpful and hospitable from the very initial contact that I had with them, at my arrival in the Istanbul Airport, during my check-in time, during my entire stay and at my departure. I convey many, many thanks to Onur, Ahmet, Sena, Nursena and Begum for all your great assistance. Everyone always responded to all our requests irrespective of the time with much, much respect, integrity, understanding, kindness and professionalism in a very timely manner. They also provided important advice about Istanbul in general, which assisted us greatly to navigate our way throughout this tremendously exciting and totally fabulous city with considerable ease. You all made us very comfortable and we felt your warm appreciation for which I am eternally grateful and Onur, thanks very much for the coffee every morning for my niece. Thanks for all the extremely inspirational and highly informative conversations that I had with everyone which provided much needed unique insights about the impressive history, and the diverse cultural aspects of your absolutely beautiful and fascinating country, Turkey.

- clean rooms - WiFi worked fine - very convenient location close to Taksim and to the Havaist bus station (for airport transfers) - early checkin was possible (for a fee) - good price for what you get

- small thing: the lights in the bathroom should be replaced as they take several minutes to get bright and before that, you don't see a lot (--> old energy saving light bulbs instead of LED lamps) - rooms and bathroom are fairly small

Very centered hotel. Room a bit small but very cozy and clean. I was landing in Istanbul very late and they left me the key for check in at the reception even tho the hotel was already closed. Communication very good through WhatsApp

Staff waexcellent and very helpful. Hotel is very clean, near to Taksim Square where a lot of tour operators offer free pick up, within walking distance to the bus and metro stations and Iskital Street.

The surrounding environment could use a facelift and no breakfast service.

People at the front desk was super nice. They helped us when we needed them. Pretty good location near Taksim.

The location of the hotel is in the heart of Taksim, the staff was super friendly and helpful, also liked the beds they were so comfy

The room was very small but its not a major problem because most of the time we were out of the hotel and we used it for sleeping
