There’s a bedroom with a comfortable bed and a large wardrobe in the apartment. Good kitchen with a sofa. The kitchen has almost everything for cooking. Cleaning is perfect. The host is really nice and he’s always in touch. When you arrive, you need to text him to get into the apartment. The location is good for getting to different points of the city.

I’m not impressed about the district where the apartment is. Also the view from the kitchen isn’t so beautiful) Having a good frying pan with a lid would be helpful.

The flat has absolutely everything you need to feel at home in Istanbul: washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer… Location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk from Taksim square, where you can take the public transportation to anywhere else in town. We were a bit worried about the noise after reading other comments here, and I am happy to say - although we always sleep with earplugs when we travel anyway - we didn’t hear any noise at all from the street during our 1 week stay. Lastly, we cannot thank Enver enough for all the precious help and advice he gave us! He really makes all the difference in making you feel at home.

I usually don't trust reviews that are too positive and I don't usually write reviews at all, but in this case it's different because the apartment was close to perfect for us (family with two kids, 13, 15). It is in short walking distance to taksim place, which is a public transport hub and therefore you can reach the most sights of Istanbul quite easily from there. The apartment was very clean, there a small elevator (for our stuff), and there was a small kitchen with dishwasher. We didn't use the kitchen too often because we spent most of the time in the city, but it is ok for the usual stuff. There were two large beds in one sleeping room and a bath with a shower and washing machine. You can get supplies in the area, although there is not really a big supermarket around. Across the street there is a parking garage where we put our car for the time, it seemed to be safe there. Finally we must emphasize that Enver, the host, is a really nice person who cares about all stuff and is concerned about everything. I really recommend staying there and I would stay there again the next time 😀

Very nice apartment in a side street of Taksim Square. Enver is a really nice and helpful host who always took care of problems or requests within minutes. The apartment is fully equipped and the apartment is cleaned daily. I can really recommend it for the price!

The only drawback is perhaps the street in which the accommodation is located, some houses there are a bit run down, but not the building in which the apartments are located, but of course the host can't help that.

The location was great. Very close to the metro station and public transport. Just a walking distance to Taksim Square and kebab shops. Our Suite was very clean and they offered daily cleanings. We could cook foods, wash clothes. It was a home away from home. Enver was very helpful. He always was happy to help. We were out of power one night because of construction work in the area. Although the issue was not related to Enver, he booked us a hotel next door for that night. We are really glad that we stayed at Taksim House Suites.

The owner is probably among the few people in all of Istanbul who can understand and speak good English. He is always there to help you with questions and problems. He either takes care of them himself or will send someone. In our case, it was the water heating system that kept needing to be calibrated, and the owner was always there to help with it. The kitchen was equipped quite well in comparison to the other places I have been in so far. There is daily cleaning, you can walk barefoot in the apartment, so do not walk in with shoes.

It is a bit loud at night due to the location and the club that works from 23:00 to 06:00, but soundproof windows would solve that problem. Nevertheless, my family was able to sleep because they were used to it. Closing the bedroom door also helped block the noise. The knives in the kitchen could be sharper.

The owner is a treasure - Enver will help with every issue or question you have. He's got perfect English. The apartment is perfect for a family with a kid: there's a sofa in the dining room (it's conjoined with a fully equipped kitchen (with a toaster, electric kettle) and there's a master bedroom in the opposite side of the apartment. The bedroom has a decently sized desk for long hours of work. The location is just in front of the entrance to the underround parking (called Otopark in Turkish). It's very warm with individual regulation of temperature for each room.

Nothing really! It could be a model for all apartments on Booking. And Enver could to TED talks on hosting and apartment maintenance. :)

The apartment was really large and had everything you'd need for a short stay. The host was helpful and friendly and provided a lot of great information. The location was excellent: just a very short stroll to Taksim Square, the metro, the bus to the airport, etc.

The toilet was wobbly, which was a bit alarming! Other fixtures were also a bit poorly attached too.

I appreciated Enver's constant availability and his warm hospitality. The daily cleaning made the house feel truly like home.

It's not a major issue, but updating the kitchen utensils would elevate the experience to that of a 4-star hotel. The current utensils seem worn out, and items like pots, pans, and spatulas could use replacements. That being said, I'd still highly recommend this place to others.

This would be my first stay in Istanbul with the family. We really liked the location of the apartment which is very close to the Metro station, the famous Istiklal Avenue, Mayden Taksim, the Taksim Mosque. Mr Enver was very welcoming and kind person and speaks good English. Thank you for this unforgettable stay. See you next time
