Apartment is located not too far away from Taksim Square (about 8mins walk). We always end our day walking around Istiklal St for dinner or desserts after a day around Istanbul, which was very convenient. Supermarket is also available nearby. Mr Sadi was very responsive. We had a leaking shower hose upon arrival. Messaged him and by the time we got back to our room in the evening, it was all fixed. Though the apartment may look a bit dated, all appliances work which is way more important for me. Washing machine, stove, iron and heater worked well and our family had a very nice 7 night stay there. Housekeeping is done every other day. Hotel has elevator which was a plus point. During our stay there, we had no issue coming back late, we felt safe reaching home 10-11pm and we are a family with 3 kids.

Nothing to mention.

Good location near Taksim Square with its excellent transport links, but a couple of hundred metres away, which was good for noise and not getting stuck when the square was closed. There is a good mix of restaurants, take-away food, and small supermarkets nearby for convenience (our favourites were just up the stairs almost directly opposite the building). The staff were lovely and available via WhatsApp as needed, with wonderful cleanliness after cleaning every 2-3 days. The suite was very clean and fresh, with good air conditioning and hot water, and a great shower. Having the washing machine was wonderful and there was plenty of storage space and comfortable places to sit. We were there for a long stay (11 nights) and wouldn't hesitate to go back. The common areas were always clean and bright and the lift was reliable, which was crucial to us. We felt we had lots of space and privacy.

Nothing was bad at all! The only improvement I might suggest would be a toaster for dedicated self-caterers (we toasted on the pan so it wasn't even an issue). If you're planning to do a lot on the internet it's not the fastest (so not for serious gamers or if you're needing a reliable high-quality video chat connection) but was perfectly fine for YouTube and so on. But this is just for information for certain travelers as we would thoroughly recommend staying here and hope to stay again one day!

We were there for almost 2 weeks. The location was perfect and close to Taksim and Kabataş port. Whenever we needed something, the host provided it. Our host was nice and helpful. We were there in March. First week was a little bit cold but the heating system was good, even we didn't have to put it in high temperature

The internet speed at night wasn't good enough, however in the morning it was good. In general, it was OK for an online meeting most of the time.

Apartment is kind small for family's more suitable if you traveling alone or for couples,, curtains but no blinds

The location was perfect . Taksim Squre 400 m، There is everything next to it. An area that makes you feel safe. The stuff were very helpful especially Bilal. He was nice and helpful. The building is clean. Wifi is very fast. The house has everything you could need except for the microwave 😆. For a family and long stay like me. I stayed 10 days. It is a very good choice..

Amazing place to stay in . The manager and his assistant madam shereen did great job . Safe hotel . very nice service clean room. if there is any problem or annoying people in the other rooms they solve any problem right away . they are always on top of their messages to answer you i loved that . washing machine helped us alot. i got apartment with them because of the good reviews on this place which is very true . keep up the great job . Very well located just 200m from Taksim square. The apartment is equipped with everything a family might need for a nice stay. The facility manager Sadi is exceptionally kind and ready to support the guests with anything and in any situation which adds a lot of value to this facility and the stay in Istanbul! There is also big paid parking right opposite the facility which is very important if one travels by car !

The internet was very slow and in the bathroom, the hot water was not consistent which was very annoying.

The staff. They were so kind and helpful with everything. They helped my mother on the first day with shopping food and carrying her bags.

The internet connection. Sometimes there was no signal and we had to wait like for an hour or so to get it back!
