We had a wonderful stay with our friends! The staff exceeded our expectations - always kind, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile. We were pleased with the breakfast, although I feel a better room would have elevated the experience even more. What truly stood out was the daily change of sheets and towels, something I experienced for the first time during a hotel stay. Whatever we needed, whether it was related to our stay or general advice, the staff was always happy to help. The location is great, just a 2-minute walk from Taksim Square. Next time, I might consider staying near Galata Tower as it seems a bit more convenient, but of course, it all depends on your plans during the visit. Overall, I highly recommend this place if the location suits your itinerary!

I liked spacious rooms with good, comfortable bed. Each morning we would get 2 bottles of water which was great as I didn’t want to drink tap water. The breakfast was good, nothing too fancy, but a good variety of food. The rooms was clean and cleaning lady was very polite and friendly. Location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it is 4 minutes from the Taksim square and Istiklal street. Some nights we could hear music from a nearby club, but we would then close the window and it was fine.

Our check in was at ten o'clock at night the receptionist welcomed us and helped us with all the questions we had . We booked two rooms one for 4 people and one single . The rooms was very beautiful and very big and we had very nice view of all the town . The cleaner lady was very friendly and kind and everyday she came to change the towels and bed sheets. The breakfast was very good with many options. Also we want to thanks Jem from reception that helps us with all the questions we had about the town and the transfer and not only. We will comeback 😁

The prime location to Taksim square is the most beneficial stand out feature of this boutique hotel. Price meets service and anyone choosing this place should consider that they are staying at a 3 star boutique hotel with basic breakfast service. Staff is extremely eager to help even though their English language is a little basic. Overall I would prefer this only for location and would choose another hotel for additional amenities.

Air conditioner is good at cooling but does not work on heating. Advertised as smoke free but the stairwells stinks of smoke and even the bathroom had some ashes on the floor which was not cleaned and overlooked for 3 days.

staff were very helpful and providing excellent advises. not a single time I felt they were board of our recurring questions. breakfast was fine, need more variety though. unlimited coffee was a cherry on the cake. Hotel is clean, close to taksim and istiklal, metro station is 5 mins walk, and neighbourhood is pleasant. totally recommended. I would like to share my feedback regarding the Taximist hotel in Taksim. This is my 4th visit to Istanbul and this is the first time that I am truly 100% satisfied with my stay. The hospitality, warm welcoming, the cleanliness of the establishment, the 24/7 smile of the team whether day or evening. A big greeting especially to Mr.Serkan, also a big greeting to Yılmaz every morning restaurant waiter, Kamuran oğulcan cem receptions and let's not forget especially Esma housekeeping with her beautiful smile. Thank you very much and keep it up!

First of all the location was excellent. It was 3 minutes walk from Taksim square. We had no problem talking the metro or the buses. The room was excellent. It was exactly as we saw in the photos here. It was big enough and had all the comforts that were promised. Every day the staff cleared the room and everyone was very polite in this hotel. The breakfast was really good and had a wide variety of food and beverages. This hotel was a really value for money!

The neighbourhood was a bit loud in the night and the noise was a little bit disturbing some time between 23:00-02:00 but it was not a fault of the hotel. Also, the only "bad" thing I can say about the hotel was the mattress was very hard.

I really appreciate friendly staff at the reception. In the first room I was given there was a loud noise from outside´s disco. As I asked for a better room which would not be so noisy, I was given a room 801 at the very top, free upgrade. The room was very good for the price and everything necessary was there. Wifi was working well, air conditioning as well. There were free toileteries in the bathroom. There was a fridge in the room, too. The hotel is located in a messy street but everything works well inside. The big advantage of the hotel is that it is close to Taksim Square and the underground.

Breakfast is the only downside here. The variety of food is limited, no ham, only one or two types of cheese. Juice was not very tasty.

1. Every single person in this hotel was super friendly, always ready to help. 2. Location is in 5 minutes walking from Taksim square and Istiklal street. 3. I asked them to choose a high level room, so they booked for me a room at level 8 with outdoor terras and jacuzzi. It was wonderful. 4. Super clean, they changed the sheets and towels, and organized the mess of our room each day.. Recommended for everyone going to Istambul. Of course I will book it again.

The breakfast is very basic, but tastes good. The breakfast area is very small, and no windows or balconies. The surrounding was very noisy, in this never sleeping city, so the chilling at the terras was not that calm.
