The accomodation is in 5 min walking distance to Taksim. But the street is very quiet. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room had air- conditioner. We were here for the second time. And we will definetely come back again. Thanks to all staffmembers we met!

Kadir was an exceptional host. Warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a short 5-minute walk from Taksim Square. The street leading to the hotel feels vibrant and safe, even late at night, which added to the charm of our stay. Additionally, it's not steep at all so if you're carrying heavy luggage you'll be grateful. There are plenty of shops and conveniences nearby, yet despite being so central, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to enjoy restful, uninterrupted sleep. The AC in the room also worked like a charm, which is really important during these hot summer days.

Actually, everything was great. But if I had to mention something it would be the WiFi, which would cut off sometimes. But that happened rarely.

The owner (Qhadir) was always ready to make sure the stay is comfortable. From the moment of check in he promised to provide whatever is needed in the room be it extra pillow, blanket, disposable cup, what not. And he performed. I had an issue with my toilet and he instantly changed my room. Overall a generous positivity helpful personality. I really wish good for him in coming days.

The map/locating might put someone in somewhat uncomfortable situation as Google map says its only a few minutes walk from taksim square. Problem is istanbul being full of steep slopes, that few minutes walk might turn out to be quite uphill. Olympos to taksim is not that steep of a walk. But nonetheless it is a slope and since i was traveling with my parents both suffering from arthritis , was not ideal. However for me my wife n kids, it wasnt a factor at all as its only a short walk and not that steep

I really liked the location of the hotel, the design, the cleanliness of the hotel, the staff is very friendly and always happy to help in any situation. I felt like at home with my wife in this hotel. we felt safe and the staff took great care of us! they provided us with a deluxe room at a very good price!

Our stay at Olympos Hotel was truly delightful and exceeded our expectations in many ways. The first thing that stood out was the location — perfectly situated at taskim square to explore the surrounding area while offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Whether you’re heading to the market, local attractions, or simply want to enjoy the vibe, everything is easily accessible. What truly made our experience special, however, was the hospitality — particularly the outstanding service by Kadir. He is genuinely a gem of a person — warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. From the moment we arrived, Kadir went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who puts so much heart and soul into their work, and it really shows in the overall vibe of the place. The hotel itself offers everything you need for a comfortable stay — clean rooms, good amenities, and a relaxed ambiance. Considering all of this, the hotel is excellent value for money. It’s clear that a lot of effort goes into maintaining a high standard of service, and it makes a big difference. Wonderful Stay – Amazing Hospitality! One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. He speaks English. He helped us with directions, showed us how to use the Metro to save money, and even booked a taxi when needed. He also recommended great local restaurants and was even ready to guide us to a hospital if required. His hospitality truly made us feel at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm and helpful place to stay!

To be honest everything. The place was more than amazing, It was clean, it had everything you need in a hotel and most importantly it was very hot. It was an amazing feeling knowing that after a very cold day out we would be back to a very cozy room. The bed also felt very comfortable, we had booked the room in the basement but then they offered to upgrade us to a room with windows as it would've been uncomfortable to stay at a room with no windows (best decision ever it had a very cute view). We stayed for two nights but it was amazing. Just 5 minutes from the taksim square and the bus station was near if you want to use the bus( highly recommend to save time and money). Also great hosts very nice and welcoming, and every time they asked if we needed anything.

You could hear the other rooms as there were thing walls in guess, but to be honest you get so tired from walking all day we didn't hear them and at the end of the day most of the hotels are like this you can hear everything since the city is pretty busy.

Good central location if you want to be around Taksim square. Its in a small street with many small hotels, and a few places to eat. We met at least 4 different staff members and all of them was EXTREMLY helpful and kind!

The family room description doesn't mention that its only for Hobbits. I never saw a room where at the entrance the height is about 1,8m (also small) and on the other side is just about 1,6m. This means that every time I walked around the room I hit my head :( There are smaller misperfections like running toilet, mold at the back of the sink, but nothing serious. A real fridge would be usefull instead of the drink cooler. Our view was unscoreable since we just saw the back of a rundown building and a few cats...

The room is nice and clean. Although we should have gotten a room in the basement, the owner Kadir gave us better room with balcony for a little extra charge. The hotel is near to taksim Square and is very central. Kadir is friendly and very helpful. We forgot to send the postcards and post offices are closed over the weekend, he is very helpful and takes them to the post office for us because we are leaving at the weekend. Thank you for your service Kadir. We surely will come here again.
