The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. I love the warm and relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, and the location is perfect—close to everything, including shops, restaurants, and attractions. The service is excellent, and every detail seems thoughtfully taken care of. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

I liked the hotel in general,The location of the hotel is important، the quietness and I recommend this hotel in terms of cleanliness and comfortable beds And the heating system Everything is comfortable in this hotel Everything is coordinated and beautiful ..and the most important thing is the efforts of the reception staff for a quick check-in, and I would like to mention in particular Ms. Sahar and Mr.mustafa erkan saçık I thank them for their wonderful care and smile.

This hotel is more than wonderful and very suitable, it is always my favorite choice during my trips to Istanbul, cleanliness, arrangement, comfort and everything new inside the room and the air conditioning is great, the breakfast is varied and delicious, but the reception staff is one of the finest people I have dealt with and I thank them all for their constant smile and speed of response, especially thanks to Miss Sahar, all respect

The breakfast let's it down; all white flour products, no vegan options, as a nutritionist, the salaami and salaami sausages are the worse type of meat, very carsenegenic. There's lots of arabic clients, middle Eastern culture does a vegan dish fir breakfast called fool or foul, its broad beans cooked in a cumin tomatoe sauce not watery and bland like turkish beans, foul can ve eaten alone or with feta cheese and or eggs...wholewheat and gluten free breads wiukd be good. Falafel another great vegan Middle Eastern tasty option....I'm nit a vegan but looking after my health, and looking fir protein at breakfast....on the plus side soups at breakfast great! Olives and salad good. Some dried fruit woukd be nice like dates and figs ..

This property provided me with so many amazing features such as: 1. It’s location: this place is a 5-6 minute walk from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street so you will never run out of shops and food options. 2. Given that it is so close to the main area, it is very bright and lively even at late night, so feels extremely safe. 3. The main feature was a great staff member called Saher at the reception desk. She gave me an upgrade on the room twice and has a very warm and lovely sense of humour. Please definitely interact with her if you do decide to book this place. 4. Metropolitan has a great breakfast at a very economical price and so you can have it and get started for your day on a good note! 5. Lastly, the staff here was extremely helpful in many ways: be it taking the bags, getting housekeeping quickly, or telling me directions to things and how to get there! Overall, this place is a HIGH RECOMMENDATION from my side.

1. Upon asking for glasses, I was given mugs and told that no glasses are given in the room, which I believe can be improved. 2. No other complaints at all from my side

The breakfast has hot cooked food,that's different everday; typically Turkish like salami omelet or shakshuka, ut has a different hot soup at breakfast too,from pictures online ut seems just like cheese and salaami and cereals but it actually better than online representation alhamdulilah and its all halal,good for Muslim tourism Location....Google maps maps ut seem.far to taksim square but it's nearer,Google maps makes you think.its flat...its not...its hilly...if you struggle with walking then Norwich walks sticks are a plus. The staff are lovely and helpful to me, its clean and has a modern feel with character, it's not too modern sterile.... there's loads of places locally where you can get great food at decent prices.... its a few minutes walk from.a large hospital that does international dental surgery,etc. Its a comfortable clean friendly classy place to stay....Great shower, free bathroom.products that are good quality.

I wish booking was more clear about had I paid for breakfast or not AND when I got to hotel they said I'd only reserved rooms not paid,when I checked my emails I think that's was correct but I'm.not sure till.i get back to u.k and check my bank..I had to pay at hotel and clinging on to my receipt...weird...

Overall, I would highly recommend the Metropolitan. Location: The hotel's location is fantastic. Being in the heart of the city puts you close to everything, whether it's sightseeing, shopping, or dining. Staff: The staff at the Metropolitan Hotel were professional, friendly, and always helpful. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Breakfast: The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Cleanliness: The hotel was clean and well-maintained throughout my stay.

The Hotel is in good place, near to all services, and the shopping areas, the most important is its the cheapest in compare to the surrounding hotels and the services is good , staff are very cooperative and smiling faces

It’s finally is hotel not house,,

The rooms were super clean, comfortable and white marbles in the corridor of the room and the toilet gives you an impression of the quality of materials. The panorama view from the windows and the curtains installed were also designed perfectly. The reception team were so kind and helpful and listened to you very carefully and in detail. The manager of the hotel Mr. Ozgen was a very helpful person and a gentle person, the right person of the hotel.

The elevators were quite small but it was just ok. The breakfast was super great but it needs to be changed such as adding beans, omelet, eye eggs and surgery juices. In overall, everything was perfect.

The location of the hotel was the best , near to takism square and the metro and dolomus ( small mini buses) were available for travel to various locations of attraction in very less affordable price of 10-15 lira /pp. The hotel location is just 10 mins walk to Iskitlal street ...and if you love walking you can even walk upto the Galata tower , which at the road of that straight road and would take about 30 mins , max , even if you enjoy and walk slowly...the hotel staff was good and helpful. The rooms were big than average size and we had 2 beds one small and one king size ..so it was good for a family of 3. The breakfast is Turkish good spread but kind of repetitive ,as we stayed for 5 days ...but manageable. Overall good value for money ...and best location
